awesome food, great survice,and beautiful atomosphere. costantino's ristorante is one of the best places that i have ever eaten at! from the costantino martini, which btw had a delicious blend of pineapple infused vodka with fresh peach puree mmmmm :), to the homemade coppa costantino for dessert the whole entire experience was awesome. the server was friendly and very attentive, we did not need to wait long for anything. i took my mother there for mother's day and we sat in the patio area which was beautifully layed out with flowers outlining the entire area. i must say that i completely disagree with the prior review, because my food was perfect and the homemade pasta that i had was "out of this world!" additionally i ventured to the upstairs dining room "looking for the bathroom" i thought that the furnishings tastefully showed italian culture by the paintings on the wall to the polished gold railings leading up to the upstairs dining area. i mean i didnt get ketchup but then again i didnt go to federal hill to order french fries and chicken fingers. lol. maybe mcdonalds was the right place for this person anyways? i do not know , but i had a great time and would so recommend the parpadelle bolangese. thisrestaurantis by far the best on the hill! buon appetito:)
