looks can be deceiving. my sister and i randomly chose to grab breakfast here on sunday morning as we expored the area. there were diners inside and out - usually a good indication of the quality, or at least popularity of a cafe. we both ordered basic menu items: bacon and poached eggs. we noted plates coming out to other diners with bacon piled high and were impressed with the meal sizes. one by one the tables around us were served thier meals. after 25 minutes we inquired as to where our meal were at. our school boy waiter checked and advised us that our order had been missed, and offered a weak apology. ten more minutes and around 12 plates later, our breakfast had not arrived. i asked for the manager and was told that the chef was in charge. we were then told our meals were not their priority, the other diners were, whose meals were already been started. i questioned how hard it would have been to take some bacon off the hotplate and poach a couple of eggs. there was no response. suffice to say we requested a refund for our meals and coffee and left quick smart. the lack of front of house management and the poor customer service was very disappointing.
