so so. it really does kind of taste like piccadilly's stuff. never thought of it that way.

canned food. cootie browns food tastes like the old piccadilly cafeteria when it was at the mall. straight out of the can!

i agree the management is horrible. once heard the female owner use the f word to one of her staff. they are personally arrogant managers and i feel sorry for the staff.

love it. spiral chips, jamaican beef pockets, desserts are awesome, pizza is great. i once tried one of the veggie burgers...i'm definitely not a vegetarian but that was one of the best burgers i'd ever had :)

top 5 in jc!. i am in love with cootie browns - only draw back is that they got rid of that summery, fun music they always played ... it helped the atmosphere and put you in a good mood. the pizzas are fab, i love the mexican with the roasted garlic, peppers ... ahhh yum! mexicali salad is amazing too. always have great wait staff, they are on it. you have to try a key lime cookie :) love, love, love! it would be even better if they had a wine menu!!! go and try - you will not regret it. i hope they are open till the end of time, i would be so sad if they ever closed .... did i mention ... please play the tropical music you used to ... i loved it.

great food....take out service sucks. we have supported cootie browns since they opened. we order to carry out on a weekly basis. tonight due to rude cashier that could not be bothered about our to go order that was sitting there for at least 10 minutes, we have decided it will be a while until we return. it is unfortunate as the food at cooties is very consistent and delightful. the other issue...i have traveled all of my life personally and business. i think it is very presumptuous that they ask you if you want to leave a tip on your carry out order. it's amazing how people that work for a good company can create such a bad experience.

awful! really disappointed in the service tonight! i can't believe they disregard their customers this way! and now i have a "credit" written in a ringed notebook because they don't give refunds? as though i want to return?! very annoyed!

1st time here (actually the bristol location) food was decent but rather pricey for the portions. atmosphere is cool staff was friendly. got a piece of the “famous” key lime pie to go. will update after we eat it. foodfather says it’s worth a shot just to say u were here.

beer brats are great. chips are under seasoned. cramped dining area especially if your a bigger person. take out was packed well. dedicated parking for carry out.

delicious fun atmosphere good wait staff but our clothing stuck to outdoor chairs and the chair paint rubbed off on a whit shirt- oops! so worth it tho. loved cb

cootie browns is by and far my favorite restaurant in the area. i would recommend the muffaleta or the bratwurst sandwich platter. the service is always great

visited based on a local we met that suggested cb's. if not, i would've not given a second glance. i'm so glad i came. i got the new yorker 1/2 pizza...amazing!!! i also tried the coconut layer cake & took a slice of the turtle turtle cake to go. vast menu...colorful, eclectic & artsy. the parking lot was packed...that speaks for itself. delicious & different!

cootie's is one of our favorites in johnson city. my particular favorite are their pizzas. the woodburner with italian sausage on wheat crust is a standard of mine. the crust is so thin and crunchy with only the best quality toppings. i also enjoy their nachos, tamales, and beer selection. their menu is full of variety so all can find something to fit their diet and/or satisfy their palettes.

colorful, brite and backed with flavors abound. this was our first visit and we highly recommend this venue. our server amanda was very attentive and the entree's were delightful. we love how they made each dish their own. we are already planning our next visit when in town.
