authentic. my husband is from cairo, so when we heard an egyptian restaurant was opening here, we had to try it out. the baba ghanouj and fried eggplant appetizers were wonderful (with house made flatbread - delicious!). our entrees (kofte kebab and lamb & beef schwarma) were well seasoned, authentic and delicious. (large portions!). the wait staff was friendly. we will definitely be back.
