last month, i was at morning event at thecincinnatiart museum. with the rare opportunity to grab a weekday lunch in mt. adams, a friend and i opted for an old favorite of mine - city view tavern . city view is a hole in the wall bar and grill on oregon

food is better than the view. i make a point to taste and rank burger joints around the greatercincinnatiarea, and this special secret spiced burger is my favorite in the city. they also have the best bloody mary that i have ever tasted. the menu is brief, but there is no other food that i would rather eat here.

not the best burger.. the burger was good, but definitely not one of the best. the bar was a really great experience. the view was amazing. the bloody mary was delicious. the bartender was friendly. i will be back to drink and to eat without expectations of a out-of-this-world burger. i do not know howcincinnatimagazine ranked this above terry's turf club... still waiting for a burger to match up!
