at citizens, i received one of the worst services ever. food was great but the person who helped me and my girlfriends was so rude. she helped us two days in a row. 1st day, i figured she was having a bad day. but then the 2nd day she dared to call me the c*** word and my friends the b**** word. when i confronted her she said she did not mean it in a rude way. how can you not mean it in a rude way!? i know my friends can get a little rowdy but that's no excuse to treat me that way. we were there yesterday. it was my last day in lasvegasfor my bridal shower, and it was awful. she couldn't even answer my questions about the menu. couldn't even fully enjoy my food. i am not one to write reviews, but this is something that had to be shared. she didn't even give me her name when i asked her. i had to ask one of the other girls. her name was jessica, i couldn't wait for a manager since we had to catch a flight back to new york that morning. but this needs to be heard and i hope the restaurant does something about it. i will not be disrespected like that with no consequence.
