mediocre. me and my wife had dinner here and the everything was thoroughly mediocre. we ordered a caesar salad that claimed to be homemade but could have easily come out of a bottle. i ordered homemade fettuccine carbonara and my wife order the homemade fettuccine bolognese. the pasta itself was fairly good but had none of the silky delicacy of fresh pasta--noddles were hardened and stuck together. my carbonara was just a cream sauce with pancetta. i almost sent it back. if you're going to run a pasta bar, then at least learn to make one of the staple italian pasta dishes. eggs! there needs to be eggs! without eggs, it's just cream sauce. my wife's bolognese was a little better, but it had none of the richness of this classic italian ragu sauce. so while thefoodwas acceptable, it simply does not live up to what it says it is. maybe their other dishes are better. i'll probably give them another try.
