i usually like chompie's, but today - not so much!. the service was rushed and so-so; but i can look past that when the food is good; but . . .
the garlic & parmesan fries were okay, but most of the cheese was on top with very little mixing up of the cheese throughout the pile of fries. ordered the pastrami on onion bun - and it was okay; but nothing special. the cole slaw absolutely lacked any flavor whatsoever. my associate's meat loafsandwichwas okay, but . . . and, then the carrot cake was dry.
so, all in all, i will keep my vote as "i like it" because of my loyalty in coming so many years; but if today was my first experience, i would have voted "don't like it." so, with that said, this is a 2.5/5 rating as a "might come back" and will update the review if/when i do come back.
