the food is indescribably prepared and presented with flavor and ingredient combinations and visual creations too complex to describe. their shanghai lobster with curry rice and crispy baby spinach leaves is legendary as is their huge chicken salad and duck spring rolls amongst many others.

it's time has come and gone.... our wait person was horrible. we were greeted with 'drinks?' and we were seated in the windows were the additional chairs at our table were constantly moved to other tables and back again. generally, the staff could care less whether we were there or not. the california-aaianfusionis done better elsewhere for less money.
