slow service. we had a reservation for 12:30 and didn't get seated until 1:00. 23 minutes to get drinks and then the server had a lousy attitude. too expensive for this kind ofserviceand attitude.

used to love this place, butserviceand menu have gone downhill fast.

amazing dinner. we will definitely be returning to charbonos after tonight. we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and it was one of our favorite nights out we have ever had. we had reservations at another restaurant but they were not able to accommodate us; luckily for us. we were seated right away at charbonos even without a reservation. our server tyler was what made our night as memorable as it was. he was so friendly and knew the menu like he wrote it himself. we have never hadserviceas excellent as we had with tyler. we also compliment the chefs with our steaks as they were cooked perfectly. thanks again for a great night.

great food - mediocre service. overall i loved my first experience at this restaurant. the food is a little pricey but for good reason. it is delicious! the food was cooked perfectly. theservicewas a little disorganized for a friday night. the hostess seemed very stressed and confused which made you wonder what your wait time really was going to be. i had asked her to save a table for 2 and she forgot to write our name down so we had all these other people go in front of us. i was very upset so we ended up just finding a seat in the bar. sitting in the bar had it's advantages of always having your server right in front of you but he still managed to forget to bring us our bread. i had to ask twice, but once all of our food came out it was delicious.

great food. we've gone here often, the food is always good, we never wait for a seat and theserviceis excellent, its a bit pricey, but worth it, will go back.

love it. we eat here regularly as we live in avon. great atmosphere, greatserviceand great food. we've also eaten at stone creek and boulder creek, owned by the same people but we always come back to charbonos. the ahi tuna appetizer is my favorite and whether it be steak, seafood or pasta i have never had an entree that wasn't excellent.

nice romantic atmosphere. charbono's has an extensive menu. steaks, seafood, pasta and pizza. i love the creamy chicken soup here. every entree that we've tried has been excellent. theserviceis outstanding always. they also have wonderful buffets at holidays.

this is our favorite local restaurant. the twoprofessors eat here weekly, enjoying the excellentserviceand outstanding steaks, pork chops, fish, oven-fired pizza, and pasta dishes. consistently excellent.
