just had the turkey club and chop salad...fantastic lunch! my server, nick, was attentive and friendly. in the past, my experiences here have been meh. today was super delicious!

slow service. we had a reservation for 12:30 and didn't get seated until 1:00. 23 minutes to get drinks and then the server had a lousy attitude. too expensive for this kind of service and attitude.

used to love this place, but service and menu have gone downhill fast.

amazing! i took my family here while attending the final four based on the recommendation of urban spoon and we had a great experience. friendly staff, fantastic food, great wine list. i had the beer with lobster risotto (awesome) while others had the pasta charbsnos and buttermilk shrimp. everyone loved their good. the house salad was great, and while we had no room left, we "forced" ourselves to split a turtle cheesecake which was superb.

amazing dinner. we will definitely be returning to charbonos after tonight. we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and it was one of our favorite nights out we have ever had. we had reservations at another restaurant but they were not able to accommodate us; luckily for us. we were seated right away at charbonos even without a reservation. our server tyler was what made our night as memorable as it was. he was so friendly and knew the menu like he wrote it himself. we have never had service as excellent as we had with tyler. we also compliment the chefs with our steaks as they were cooked perfectly. thanks again for a great night.

great food - mediocre service. overall i loved my first experience at this restaurant. the food is a little pricey but for good reason. it is delicious! the food was cooked perfectly. the service was a little disorganized for a friday night. the hostess seemed very stressed and confused which made you wonder what your wait time really was going to be. i had asked her to save a table for 2 and she forgot to write our name down so we had all these other people go in front of us. i was very upset so we ended up just finding a seat in the bar. sitting in the bar had it's advantages of always having your server right in front of you but he still managed to forget to bring us our bread. i had to ask twice, but once all of our food came out it was delicious.

forgot to add that the salad was 1/4 rusty iceberg and my shrimp were very chewy and rubbery.

i used to love this place, but it was subpar this evening. prices were recently increased, but the portions were made smaller. the house salad added to dinner was tiny, it had always been decent sized before. i asked the waitress and she said that's the size it is now. very disappointed. this is no longer in the regular rotation. if costs increase, raise the price, but don't compromise the quality of the fining experience.

not a happy camper !. 9/04/2013 @ 8:00 p.m. we eat there every other week, not impressed with the meal last night. i ordered a bourbon st. pasta dinner it was so spicy i could not eat it all. the bread is out of this world as a rule, not last night. it was like eating raw dough. i am not one to complain, but for the cost of eating out, others need to be made aware.

great food. we've gone here often, the food is always good, we never wait for a seat and the service is excellent, its a bit pricey, but worth it, will go back.

i love this place! great food and staff and the price is right for the quality and quantity of food. everyone i bring to charbono(s) loves it and returns. great job guys and gals.

immediate seating and didn't take long for the food to come out. i ordered the steak salad and it was very great. the only thing is, is that it was a small portion but that didn't matter. the staff was nice and looked like they had alot experience. its also a nice romantic place and rich decor to make it even better.

welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. i tried charbono's for the first time last night and ended up having a favorable experience. knowing that the same company owned stone creek, i pretty well knew what to expect going in. the atmosphere was great, very warm and welcoming. the food, in my opinion, could be of slightly better quality for what we paid for it. the penne was good, but the burger i had could've use some improving. not the best, but not the worst i've ever had. on a more positive note, the staff was very friendly and attentive. i'd likely go back again, but i'd go for something else on the menu. i hear their steaks are quite good.

great pizzas, great atmo, great service..!. wife and i visited this place several years ago when it first opened and did not like it. a good friend of mine at work recommended this place the other day as one of his favorites for pizza. wife and i thought we would give it another try after all these years and see. didn't disappoint! we opted to try a couple of the pizzas "meat lover's pizza" & "barbecue chicken pizza". both were very good. our favorite by a slim margin was the "meat lover's pizza". our server was very prompt and courteous! we'll be back again. pics included!
