top 5 dining experience ever!. go for lunch if you are on a budget. i've been to fogo to chao in philly and satx and chama gaucha blew me away. the flavorful meats quickly tied around my tongue with such amazing delight. i intended not to even visit the salad bar, but i was wowed with the selection available. the cheeses and cold meats at the salad bar were very impressive and quite tasty when paired appropriately. i was in awe of the meats as they kept coming. theservicewas the best i've ever experienced. the chocolate mousse was so chocolatey good. the price is a bit high but well worth it.

my wife and i when to chama gaucha to celebrate our 35 yr anniversary. theservicewas great and the food excellent. we had a great time, i made points by chosing your steakhouse. the price is definitely worth it. thank you

absolutely the best!. i have been to chama over a handful of times and absolutely love every time!! it is absolutely delicious and theserviceis the best in san antonio! i have been to almost every steakhouse in sa and this is the best overall by far! you won't be sorry!

great for the most part. theserviceand environment were the best i ever had. the waiters are really adamant when it comes to service. if you like meat you come here. go at lunch for bigger savings if you can. the salad bar is ok compared to the other brazilian steakhouses i have been to.

awesome all around! i try to eat at brazilian steakhouses whenever i get a chance and i have to say this was the best experience my wife and i have ever had not only at a brazilian steakhouse but anywhere. the meats were amazing, had a great food bar and theservicewas incredible. the meat was always coming and servers were always stopping by to offer any service. they also serve several sauces with the meal for the meat (not that the meat needed any). i had the chimichuri that was very good. outstanding, i highly recommend for any special occasion.

meat, meat, and more meat!. love this place - even when it's crowded, it's not noisy. wait staff is attentive, love the rolls (yum!). there is a wide variety of salad items and antipasto to offset your meateating frenzy, plus fried bananas, mashed potatoes and fried polenta as sides. they offer a wonderful variety of meats (beef, pork, chicken, lamb) to choose from, brought right to your table and sliced fresh off the skewer - no guess work - if you taste it and like it, you get more...if not, you pass. simple! the lunch menu is the best value, but dinner is awesome too. they offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages (viaservicecart and wandering bartender) and decadent desserts, as well. much better food, service, and value than the brazilian steakhouse down by the rivercenter.

great food. absolutely one of the best places i've ever eaten and i've traveled the world. great food, fantastic value for the money. but the most exceptional thing is theserviceand attention to the customer. anyone can serve great food, but they go the extra mile to present the food and make the dinning a truly wonderful experience.

best brazilian steakhouse in san antonio by far!!

this restaurant has a great parking lot and valet parking if needed, the people who works here as servers and managers are very nice, the salad bar was fresh and delicious, and the meat selection is the best in flavor, in my opinion theservicealways is outstanding.

this place is a must for any meat lover! the food was outstanding! i could only make it through 9 meats but they were all excellent. the salad bar was great as well. great presentation and everything was so fresh. the dessert we got were on point as well. i recommend the cheesecake that they light on fire. theservicewas very good as well. i would come back to this place in a heartbeat.

we just love brazilian bbq and this one was another solid winner. the salad bar was extensive (which is fairly common) but was lacking any hot food or soups. the meats were perfectly seasoned and often available in both medium and medium-rare, the latter of which helped to make my servings moist and tender just the way i like it. the side dishes include (among other things) an almost addictive doughy roll that falls in the “betcha can’t have just one” category.

what made this place stand out though was the constant level ofservicefrom every staff member within line of sight. everyone here is watching the level of your glass of water or whether a particular cut of meat came by when you were in “no thanks” mode.serviceplus plus!

greatest meat, greatest salad bar and greatestservicei have ever experienced. we were sat right before they closed for a few hours before dinner. we ate the finest meat i've ever tasted for two hours and were never once rushed. i didn't taste a single thing that wasn't amazing. from the artisan cheeses to the wedge salad to the freshly sliced ribeye. i can't wait to go back to this place.

worth every dollar. i love the filet mignon and theserviceis amazing! i didn't know about yummy bleeding steaks until this place. they do steaks right!
