our dining experience here was terrific. we arrived for dinner and were greeted by a lovely waitress named giulia. she advised us on menu selections and nothing was too much for her. thefoodwas delicious with really fresh produce and there was something for everyone on the menu. we will be back!

went on short notice on a friday night. we had a guest with us who had allergies and this was accommodated by the kitchen.foodwas all delicious and servings were generous.

the staff are always smiling! such a great start to a meal.

thefoodis well priced for the amout offoodyou order and staff are happy to substitute ingredients.
i don't eat eggs & usually ask for a protein substitute such as beans, cascada always happily tell me they can help me out with a smile.

i rated a 4 rather than a 5 due to my last visit. my partner always orders the gluten free french toast on the side & i share them every time. (it's become a little tradition)
when we last visited, the french toast weren't a large portion like the serving in my photo, but just two slices of thin bread, not sure if it was a one off, if so please bring back the original with the cream topping & berries.

positives and negatives. service was quite slow but it was pretty busy. on the whole thefoodwas of a good standard, well cooked and well presented. good serving sizes. the only thing i found a bit rude was that one of our party asked for her egg to have yolk removed. in other words egg white only. she is unable to tolerate yolks. apparently the chef was too precious to separate an egg so she had to remove the egg all together from the burger. not great, not accomodating. too bad if any diner has an allergy or dislike. probably won't visit again as most other places much more accomodating

went here with my girlfriend for dinner. what a place! a little gem in the leafy suburbs of burnside!foodwas divine, will definitely be bringing friends back!

unfortunately pretty poor overall experience.... maybe they're just having teething problems. the fit out is great and it's really spacious, but really that's about the only good things i can say. we arrived for sunday breakfast at 9:30 and it wasn't busy so thought we'd get great service. but it became pretty clear that they are understaffed and not well trained, with no systems in place at all.foodwas constantly being bought to our table that wasn't ours, and ourfoodwent to two other tables each time before it got to us. drink orders were wrong,foodwas delivered at different times, while mine was left at the pass for 15 minutes(!!) to get cold. my friend was given a fork to eat chowder and as there were no staff to be seen, he ended up eating it with his coffee spoon. one of the chefs had to start delivering thefoodtoo and the head chef came out a few times and was obviously annoyed with the whole situation.we were forgiving and were pretty understandable as they haven't been open that long, but thefoodwasn't that great. i wouldn't recommend it unfortunately, at least give them a few more weeks to settle in.

we have now been here a few times and each time thefoodhas been fantastic. it's a great place to bring the whole family for all eating occasions. the green smoothy is fantastic. service is outstanding.
