this place makes me feel like a kid let loose in a toy store. so much fun and excitement in tasting a huge variety of flavors and surprising yourself with liking unorthodox ones. yes it's pricier than most other ice cream places but i think it's only fair to reward their creativity and freedom totasteevery one of their ice cream flavors. been here twice. will be back to try the more flavors.

from filipino ingredients to different types of chocolates, yourtastebuds will surely be satisfied. best experienced with friends so you can try and share the different flavors.

my friend recommended and accompanied me here because she knows that i love icecream. we went here on a friday night as a group. the place at that time was not crowded so we had a chance to do atastetest. i'm so overwhelmed and tasted i think 8 flavors in a row! i love their idea to keep the store as simple as possible and the only thing that adds color is their icecream.

i tried the green tea, the green tea flavor is so strong so if you're really not into tea i will not recommend it. the chocolate chili, i love the experimentation on this one, dark chocolate and chili, you will nottasteany jalapeño flavor in it just the chili effect so don't worry plus the chocolate is good. cheese and bacon, i didn'ttasteany flavor of bacon in it but i saw a few bits, the vanilla icecream and cheese is good though, maybe putting extra bacon would help.

will i come back? a big yes! i want to try them all.

i host a youtube food show and we were lucky enough to meet its owner/gm, lincoln cheong, and experience carousel creamery and all it has to offer. and boy, this place sets the bar high, really high.

lincoln explained to us that they live by the "small batch" process of making ice cream. just like the term suggests, the ice cream is made in small batches and given a great deal of attention from creation to it being served to the customer. you cantastethe quality and the care that goes into each and every flavor of ice cream they offer.

and speaking of flavors, they've got about 100+ in-house for your choosing. don't be afraid though because the staff are well-trained and extremely helpful. some notable flavors we came across during our visit:

-"honey lavender" - in the words of my gf "it tastes like france". sounds odd, but it's so accurate with the use of real honey and lavender steeped into the ice cream.
-"lychee" - creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. the chunks of fresh lychee were really refreshing to bite into.
-"tamarind chili sorbet" - they served me a sample of it with a sprinkle of salt. i kid you not, it felt like i was eating one of those salty, spicy tamarind candies of my childhood.

-a+ to the helpful and very accommodating staff.
-ice cream line-up is never the same and you can make suggestions if you don't see a flavor on the menu that you'd like to see in the future.

small place but crazy 101 flavors! they offer freetasteto each of their flavors so you can decide first what to order. perfect place for an ice cream desert this summer

we were overwhelmed with the variety of flavors, glad that they offer samoles prior yo ordering. price is acceptable considering thetasteof their ice creams. will definitely go back :)

so many flavors to choose from. ah yes 101 flavors! feels like i was a kid again when i enter this place haha. you can also have freetasteof their ice creams whatever you want so you can choose what flavor you desire (honestly, it was hard to decide, it was like i want totasteand buy them all haha).

i guess the price is just okay because their ice creams are not typical. their staff were also friendly and accomodating.

i had this cherry cheesecake, it was so delish and not too sweet. haha. my bf had the banoffie pie which tasted like bubble gum. we were happy kiddos that time!

flavors i tried were: peppermint chocolate,
avocashew, and almond roca. they were all good especially avocashew (a bit of bias here since i love avocado and cashews 😉). i was both flabbergasted and delighted that you offer freetastefor every single flavor in your menu. i would love to try everything but my inner shyness told me otherwise. 😂 the staffs are attentive and amicable, radiating more vibrance and comfort that pretty much sums up the ambience of the place. 👌 i really believe carousel creamery is worthy of a 5.00 yet, of course, there's always a room for improvement. i suggest that you may want to add a restroom. also, i think the place would be more attractive if you organize and embellish the place the way that it would live up to its name, carousel creamery. thank you!!!

brought my bundles of joy over and their eyes popped and jaws dropped at the sight of all the flavors of ice cream! great that we got totaste(generous portions!) the flavors that caught our interest before we finally pick which one to order! our orders -
mine - kitkat milo;
hubby - pistachio;
mom - green tea;
cousin - strawberry cheesecake;
baby boy - smores; and
baby girl - dark choco chip.

btw, bought a pack of their x blend coffee beans too! love it! as described - rich, smooth and no sour aftertaste!

overwhelming is what i would say if you first come to this place. just with the amount of choices you have, its going to be a tough decision picking your icecream of choice. good thing is the staffs are willing to let you have a freetasteor two(or in my case, until i found my flavor)

they have flavors ranging from beer and chicharon to winey strawberry, its hard to give this place lower than 5 stars because with the amount of choices, they will surely have something for you.

i liked their salted caramel w/ porkfloss because of its sweet and salty contrast. the midnight chocolate was also really good.

you can't go wrong here if you love or are craving for ice cream. so many to choose from, whatever you prefer. you can even have atasteof everything. clearly, everything is of quality. the staff are also very friendly and helpful. some of my faves: avocado, mint choco, midnight choco, brownies

i'm an ice cream lover but this place is simply overrated in my opinion. the price for a rather medium sizes scoop is php90, that is quite high, regardless of how many flavors you offer. i had the milk tea flavor and it was quite average, not too muchtasteof the tea as it really, really sweet, would've liked it a bit more creamy.

its expensive but its worth it if you want totastea new flavor of ice cream that you dont usually see. i forgot the flavor that i ordered hehe but i like it

ice cream haven located just outside the main greenhills shopping center. this joint is a sanctuary for both ice cream lovers and casual foodies. there are 101 flavor choices you can choose from with approachable staff to assist you. you can freetasteflavors before ordering. we ordered dark side chocolate and winter green tea. qualities of both are on the higher end and just beats every ice cream i've tried (and reviewed here). the scoop serving is big and cheaper than most ice creams. with 2 flavors down, we still have 99 more to try.

one of the best ice cream parlors in the metro! they have so many flavors to choose from. you can also ask the staff for a freetastein case you feel iffy about trying out unusual flavors! it's so yummy and it's definitely worth the drive 😋
