hands down best bar andcocktailsin auckland. cosy, intimate setting, love the look and feel. service is impeccable. such a great experience - you won't be disappointed.

went there around 10ish and got seated at around 10.40ish.
ambience & lighting was lovely and so were all the staff there, except the lady at the till who happened to always be rushing & impolite.

other than that, we loved the 2cocktailsthat we ordered. they were on point. exactly what we wanted in taste.

also appreciate being phone called while we were waiting our turn on the guest list ✔️

i have only been here once, and i am 100000000% coming here again!!

what's not to love?
- the aesthetic of the places gives of a 1940's vibe as you walk in and take a seat.
- the experience is so personalised, you feel super special. both the servers and the mixologists are so nice, it feels like they really care about you and want you to have the best experience possible!
- the personalisedcocktailsthey make for you... oh my god they are so good! yes the place is on the more expensive end but it is definitely worth it.

nothing but good things to say, will be coming back! good for locals and tourist

love my 2cocktailsmade by the awesome asian bartender. there’s no menu and the bartender would ask your fav spirits and taste then just get creative!

42 for 2 drinks were little bit pricey but worth it.

been here for drinks with mates on an evening out. always busy but a good place to visit for a date night or with mates. drinks andcocktailsgalore be prepared to be surprised with a lot of different tasting drinks

this bar is such an excellent find!
loved the uniqueness of thecocktailsthat they make based on what you really feel like having.
i tried 3-4 different and each was better than the next. very flavourful and they turned out really similar to what we had asked for.
we were well taken care of all evening by our amazing server euan, he was attentive & friendly and overall we had a great evening. will surely be back soon!

thecocktailshere are amazing. they don’t have a menu so they ask you what you like and they make one specifically for your taste. the service is great and the atmosphere here is also great. it’s a nice place for a date or a quick drink before dinner. i haven’t tried the food but thecocktailsalone are worth the visit. they are pricey but worth it in my opinion.

went with a group of 4 people.cocktailsaren't my thing, and as much as these weren't, i could appreciate the quality and freshness of the ingredients. way that you order from your waiter is kinda cool, but feels a bit fadey to me. place was unbearably hot on the friday night, think the ac wasn't working...

shhhhhh......it’s secret! fantastic new york prohibition underground bar. bar tenders / mixologists are the shizzle! there are no menus, they ask you what you like and makecocktailsto suit. bang on every time. $19 per cocktail, well with the experience, had a great time!!

this is a hidden gem in britomart near orleans. it’s a quirky underground bar, instead of having a menu they ask you what type of alcohol you want and the type of flavours and particular taste you are after.
eg. i asked for gin and a more citrusy taste. the result was a drink that was customised and delicious. beautifully presented too. definitely good for the pickier drinkers.
the waiters there are very helpful and attentive too.

prices are quite standard forcocktailstoo.

caretaker was recommended by a friend and it was one of the best cocktail evenings i ever had! they take their 'caretaking' very seriously! each of the threecocktailsi received were absolutley delicious and fit the description i gave them. i was very vague when i ordered, because i wanted to be a little bit suprised with thecocktailsand they delivered. my two friends both were more specific in their ordering and each time got something they liked as well.
they offer a small selection of cheeses and meats that you can combine on a cheeseboard.
theircocktailswere about 19$, but the price is totally worth it.
the atmosphere was very enjoyable, the music and other guest were not too loud, the conversation could be easily maintained.

loved this new underground bar in town. the bar inside is dark but it has a good vibe to it. staff are quite friendly and knowledgable about the drinks. thecocktailsare pricey $18 bux, but okay for once in a while drinks on a night out. for a saturday night the place was full, there is limited seating as the bar isn't as big inside. we had to leave some mates on the upper level bar as there was no space, which was probably the only downside. overall it's a unique bar to go to, would defs recommend it to anyone who's keen to go to a chill, not to loud space for drinks in town.

uber cool everything here. down the stairs and through the janitor looking door you enter into subdued lighting, dark woods and leather, trinkets andcocktailswith attitude.
like all the best cocktail bars you let the table staff know what you like and don't like and trust in the mixers skills. we were not disappointed - several times over.
a great way to spend a late sunday evening!
