i have been coming here for years. sometimes i like it but most recently i had the worst experience i have ever had there. burnt toast, burnt bacon, eggs over medium came out well done. when i sat down instead of coming over to greet me right away, the waitresses talked to each other behind the counter for 5 mins. i am just sitting there staring at them. 5 mins may not seem like a lot but it actually is! when i asked if they got a new cook, she said no and didn't ask me what else she could do to make my experience more enjoyable. she just wanted to leave the table as quickly as she could and brought me my bill while i was still eating. as a former waitperson for 10 years, and restaurant owner, i would want to know i do not have a staff of rockstar, service orientated staff. i understand cooks make mistakes..but they did not handle this well. i really like the location of thisplaceand it would be a lot more successful if they had better servers and more consistency in the food. great coffee!! that is always good.
