excellent flavours, a wonderful ambiance, beautiful views and excellent hospitality, if all this is what you are looking for in one place in the mountains, then lake side inn nainital is definitely your destination. thanks.

café lakeside is hands down the best place to eat a meal and enjoy your time in nainital. every hillstation has an iconic dining place and for nainital cafe lakeside is it. i had heard so much about lakeside that i knew i had to visit. it was worth every penny. the food is excellent, with a great variety to choose from. i especially enjoyed the continental selection (grilled fish, sausage and egg toastada to name a few). i would recommend anyone coming to nainital to definitely give this place a visit.😋

good ambiance situated just at the top of naini lake. every tourist city has one iconic restaurant and lakeside is the one for nainital. food is good but not that great, however full marks for crowd and feel

this was my 2nd visit. hoping for a better service as their reviews were good. it was the worst experience. i was tired & hungry. i was told 15 mins for the past which took 50 mins. there was no information given while i waited and watched everyone else get there food. the staff could only ignore and talk impolitely.
the pasta tasted weird.
this restaurant is not worth the time or money.

ordered grilled chicken with mashed potato and sautéed vegetables. the chicken was not grilled at all just boiled and put in the plate with topping of the sauce . sautéed vegetables were too less in quantity compared to images seen in reviews . either it should be properly prepared or the restaurant should not serve . there are many other items in the menu as alternative . the dal and mix veg was ok.

the cafe was simply amazing ! we were here on a short one day trip and decided to visit this cozy cafe.
we loved the ambience and more so, the food !
absolutely delightful service too.
we relished the hot chocolate, pesto chicken sandwiches and pav bhaji fondue.
they have a lovely menu to pick and choose from. can't wait to visit again :)

this little cafe promises the most delicious food with a breath taking view. we loved it so much, that we visited twice and we were never disappointed.
do try their hot chocolate. it's delectable.
in true instagram hashtag sense - it is #foodforyoursoul.
it's the most beautiful cafe coupled with warm staff and yum food.
p.s: try the pav fondue and breakfast toastadas :)

your nainital trip is incomple without going to café lakeside. tasty food with an unbeatable view and located in the heart of nainital.

this place happened to be my birthday brunch place while we were in nainital.
food- their continental fare is very famous and we tried their hot and sour soup, the chicken pizza and farm fresh veggie pizza (both were well made), the pasta in white sauce was little soggy and lost the crunch, the red sauce spaghetti was yummy.

ambience- the naini lake is the hero of this place, the view is to die for.

customer service- tad slow

value for money- moderately priced

the food was simply amazing. i would drive down to nainital again just for the cafe food and view. the staff is super friendly. i visited the cafe a few times during my stay because no other food could simply compare. my favorite was the veg burrito and the hot chocolate. but honestly everything on their menu was delicious.
i must visit in nainital!

its rare when you come across a place which is perfect in every criteria. the food, ambience, service everything was excellent.
we had the most amazing grilled fish and red pepper chicken for lunch during our nainital trip.
we loved the food so much that we decided to come again next day for brunch to try other items.
chicken burrito, pesto chicken sandwich were absolutely delicious. we also had the most amazing cold coffee and hot chocolate!
i could come to nainital again just for this place!

it was a very pleasant stay at lake side inn with an awesome view. our care taker mr.jagdish was always at our service he’s very humble in nature and very nice person. thank you for making our stay very comfortable.

so i was curious to checkout this place as i had read so much about this restaurant....so being a sizzler fan i ordered veggie steak sizzler with cocktail sauce nd instead of aglio olio pasta i asked for rice...overall sizzler was disappointing...do try something else but don't go for sizzler..sauce was so thick nd full of spices without any taste ruined the entire sizzler...in pizza i had requested to give me half veg supreme nd half grilled chicken farmhouse...they charged me for non veg pizza but atleast i could try best of both and by far this was the best pizza served in nainital...there crust...toppings...cheese. perfectly balanced it was...highly recommended.
