hot, juicy and tasty burger quick and easy. flavor was anticipated, and it was not a let down. couldn’t ask for a better quick lunch while awaiting my train. def bebackwhen i make my next trip through. i’ll upgrade rating after i try meal complete with fries. nice selection.

so glad that we happened to find this place. the burgers were delicious and the fries were amazing. my daughters wanted to gobackseveral times while we visited philly. the atmosphere was great. when we return to philly this will definitely be on the to go places.

burgerfi over on harrison in cary is serving up some pretty decent burgers to the good folk in the triangle. they describe themselves as a"stylish, eco-minded chain serving grass-fed beef burgers, plus hot dogs, craft beer & wine." it reminded me a little of shakeshack, only more homely inside, and less industrialthe burgers are all angus grass fed, which is interesting as i have never seen a scottish burger grazing on the hillsides, oh sorry i get it now, cows eat grass.it must be pretty good as i have been here at least half a dozen times in the last few months, and i hardly ever gobackto the same places when i am out myfoodhunting.

first tried the double cheeseburger and cajun fries july 17th and had to gobackthe next day for more. besides the wait for food, i love the atmosphere, decore, and the burgers are the best that i've had in this city. new favorite burger joint.

small burgers. this place was a bit disappointing to me. you start in line waiting to be called upon and place your order then you are handed your cups for self service (nothing wrong with that) and a buzzer/pager to tell you when your order is ready.

so far....nothing wrong.

it took too long for the buzzer to go off for you to then have to gobackto the counter to retrieve what you ordered.

the build your own burger was too small (single). i don`t like double or tipple burgers burgers.

the single burger was cooked perfect (except too small), just a little pink on the inside, the way i like it. the manager came by to see if everything was ok and when i mentioned how pleased i was with the way the burger was cooked he assured me that was a mistake and it will never happen again.

the plain fries are very good....no additives are necessary but they do have a very nice selection of different toppings/seasonings.

the portion of fries is good enough for two people and maybe three people.

the whole place was very neat and clean everywhere i could see including the restroom.

my son wants to go back....i had to order him a second burger which i wished he would split with me but that never even came close to happening.

burgerfi....burger fah. don't waste your time or money on the new altamonte springs location. service was horrible, the girl taking my order was more interested in talking to her family who was in the line next to me so i was not surprised when my order was screwed up even though we repeated several times, the manager needs to gobackto the used car lot he worked for. the food was palatable but you can get a better burger, better service for way cheaper down the street at graffiti junction. the only good thing was the musician playing outside, as he was the only thing that mad this a pleasant experience. he should play at graffiti junction .

great place to eat!. the burgers and fries are absolutely perfect. i doubt you will find a place with better customer service! i have beenbackmany times, and intend to bebackmany more!

good burgers and fries was surprised after reading other reviews. similar in price to 5 guys just a cooler atmosphere. beers on tab, fancy sodas and outdoor seating. will bebackagain.

greg. first off i love the setup of this restraunt, great lighting, music, decore, and an open feel to it with the wide open doors. the food was really good. i ordered the brisket burger, it was to patties a perfect med well not well and chard like i find at five guys. i also like the attention i recieved from the staff before i walked in the doors i was being greated and the manager (matt) answered all my questions. fries were crispy and fresh piping hot. i think i got a new place to watch the game oh yeah nice tvs(be nice if there was volume but oh well. thanks for the great service and food ill bebackfor sure.

pricey for what you get. i've been excited for burgerfi to open up since i heard it was coming to cary months ago. the menu looked good and i like that everything was green, grass fed, etc. it seemed like a good concept. my wife and i decided to go last night and the restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, from the lighting, the patio, the huge industrial fans, etc.

so, we both decided to order our burgers from the "secret menu" (of which our cashier seemed a little annoyed by) -- her the supreme burger and me the alternative style burger. we also got a regular order of fries to share and two hoppyum draft beers. total was $28. we are given a pager and we go sit on the patio. ten minutes later, we're buzzed and i go pick up our food.

first thing i noticed was the size (or lack thereof) of the burgers. they were about the same diameter of a regular mcd's hamburger with a little thicker patty. over $6 for this! i gotbackto our table and noticed that the branded bun seemed like it had either been steamed or had somehow had some condensation on it. it was slightly soggy as opposed to the nice toasted bun picture from their website.

my burger with cheese and grilled chopped onion on it was good. the burger was cooked nicely and the onions had good flavor. my wife's burger tasted a little plain, like they didn't season the mushrooms -- tasted like it was missing something. the fries were cooked well (not soggy), but lacked salt and thus flavor. i was honestly disappointed as i had been looking forward to it for such a long time.

after we finished the meal, i was still hungry, so we went to have pizza and drinks at bella mia. i will probably give them another shot, but for the price i can almost go to chuck's downtown and have an excellent burger and fries (and be full).
