overpriced and very slow. people who came in later than us got their order before us. the b.a.d. burger was just that....bad!

overrated! thought by the look of the place i'd get a decent gourmet burger. instead it was average and small. fries and onion rings saved the meal.

great vege burger, coming from a non-vegetarian. we visited the burgerfi in longwood today during our lunch time. we arrived at 11:25am and there was already a waiting line of about 12 people. we placed our order at 11:45 and had lunch at our table by 11:55am. the staff were friendly and the place was clean. i've had the vege, quinoa, burger 3 times now and it is flavorful and yummy. the fries were large and very tasty with the parm and herbs. one complaint, is that the music was loud and it was difficult to hear.

how long will it last...?. it will be interesting to see if burger fi remains in business here for more than a year or two. reason? far too expensive for both the local population and for the fare served. my wife and i split one veggieburger and one order of "cry & fry" (fries & onion rings - three onion rings, that's it). she had a glass (actually a small plastic cup) of wine, i had a glass of miller lite. for that we paid $22.24.

worth it? possibly for some, certainly not for many.

wait in line to order, stand around for ten minutes waiting to pick up food, then, hunt for a place to sit. might work at the winter park location, but for less money and a short drive removed from this altamonte springs location, five guys is vastly superior.

visited this restaurant on a monday night and both the burgers and service were very good. milkshakes taken out were almost as good as maggy moo's! we loved the branded buns!

hot, juicy and tasty burger quick and easy. flavor was anticipated, and it was not a let down. couldn’t ask for a better quick lunch while awaiting my train. def be back when i make my next trip through. i’ll upgrade rating after i try meal complete with fries. nice selection.

so glad that we happened to find this place. the burgers were delicious and the fries were amazing. my daughters wanted to go back several times while we visited philly. the atmosphere was great. when we return to philly this will definitely be on the to go places.

burgerfi over on harrison in cary is serving up some pretty decent burgers to the good folk in the triangle. they describe themselves as a"stylish, eco-minded chain serving grass-fed beef burgers, plus hot dogs, craft beer & wine." it reminded me a little of shakeshack, only more homely inside, and less industrialthe burgers are all angus grass fed, which is interesting as i have never seen a scottish burger grazing on the hillsides, oh sorry i get it now, cows eat grass.it must be pretty good as i have been here at least half a dozen times in the last few months, and i hardly ever go back to the same places when i am out myfoodhunting.

craft beers and burgers. great combo in the heart of the city opposite the reading terminal market.

the staff was attentive and explained the various types of beers patiently to enable the best selection.

even their house wines… which they serve by the glass or the bottle were decent.

since we were staying right next door, this became our go-to place during our visit.

another advantage is it is open late and always seems to have a decent number of people walking in and out at all hours.

the burgers were fresh and juicy. the size was just right for quick meal when combined with a local craft beer.

my wife loved the fries which were crisp on the outside and smooth and fluffy on the bite. served piping hot … always.

this week i’m in philly having a delicious kobe style chili cheese beef dog at burgerfi. just north of the reading terminal market, burgerfi had just what i needed – an awesome chili cheese dog with delicious hand cut fries. burgerfi is a restaurant chain where the food doesn’t taste like a chain restaurant’s.

this is a new upscale fast food restaurant chain that has come to the raleigh durham area this summer.  this location is in cary off north harrison avenue. there is another location that will be opening soon off wake forest road in raleigh near the trader joes and melting pot. they serve grass-fed beef, beer and wine, kobe beef hot dogs, gourmet toppings, and desserts. the menu is expensive. the prices and portion sizes were the most disappointing part of our visit.  hubby's specialty burger was almost $10!  it's called "ultimate cheeseburger" and features double natural prime brisket burger, swiss cheese & blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and secret sauce.  i ordered the single burger and large fries and we both purchased a soft drink.  the total was over $22!  read the rest of my review on my blog along with more photos, link below.

the block across the street from reading terminal market has undergone quite the transformation, with a new hotel and some chain restaurants setting up shop. one of those is burgerfi, which specializes in the fast-fresh food craze a la shake shack. similar to five guys, burgerfi has a myriad of coke products on offer for your quaffing pleasure.
