outstanding!. this is the first time i have written a review of a restaurant. in a world of "very mediocre, overpriced" establishments, i found the brio restaurant in richmond was outstanding. i live in the charlottesville area and look forward to my next visit. matthew was my waiter. he knew the menu inside and out, made a number of suggestions at my request, excellent food presentation (salmon-cooked just right), reasonable prices, warm, charming atmosphere,nicelighting, friendly, inviting staff, the manager (ken?) came over to see if everything was ok. the petite desserts made aniceclose to a very enjoyable evening. my only suggestion would be that they put signs on the patio enclosure pointing the way to the front entrance as it is a little difficult to locate from the mall breezeway. keep up the good work. i was impressed. this is not your typical chain, franchise or multi-location restaurant. ciao!
