a new favorite. another winner in the new spotsy towne center! the inside is huge, spacious, and beautiful. the wait staff was a+. very professional and knowledgeable and with just the right amount of attention. being our first time, we tried a little of everything. they start you off with some garlic bread sticks and some dipping oil, which sounds cliche, but i can't tell you how good it was. we ordered the calamari for the appetizer. perfectly cooked, and i actually passed on the marinara in lieu of the horseradish sauce, which i never do. of course, they were great without the sauce, too. my wife and i split the margarita pizza and the shrimp diavolo campanelle, which is a shrimp & rotini dish with a sauce similar to sun-dried tomato with a spicy kick to it. the pizza was very light and thin but with a lot of flavor. delicious. maybe not a meal on its own, but a great appetizer to share with friends. the pasta dish was equally fantastic. the best part of all? the calamari, two entrees, kids meal, wine, dessert and drinks all came to just over $60. the only downside is that due to its location, there is always going to be a wait to be seated, but if you're patient (or call ahead) it's worth it.

sat down to have a glass of wine but was never greeted or offered a drink. the bar was dirty. bartender was busy flirting instead of taking care of customers.

food is good. service is not so much.. for a chain this place isn't too bad. we have yet to get a bad meal, fingers crossed. lobster bisque is hot, hearty and creamy. chicken scaloppini doesn't disappoint. i usually get the lasagna and it is always super hot. the service needs work.

had made a reservation on open table for 7;30,get a text at 7:20 that it was cancelled by the manager because they were full. got the text as we were walking thru the parking lot. the manager ( waterfront homestead ) when asked for an explanation , his unprofessional smart ass answer, basically don't let the door hit you on the way out. as we were leaving he did say have a nice evening. if i never go back there it will be too soon.

boring overpriced chain food. pasta over cooked. sauces taste like jarred. nothing authentic about it. just an upscale olive garden. service was ok. they are trying to be upscale with processed food

took a little bit of time to get drinks and orders placed but everything was served in a very timely manner. the food is very good and portions are more than adequate. my only disappointment was that the calamari needed to have a little bit better of a batter.

i know chuck already covered this restaurant, and i hate to be redundant. i’m just dying for a chance to embarrass my friends, and these photos from bravo will do just that! ( oh yeah, and i like the restaurant.). i absolutely love when a restaurant exceeds my expectations! i’ve gone to bravo at the waterfront before, only to be discouraged by a long wait and a crowded bar. on this particular occasion, ryan and i were meeting up with one of my favorite couples, molli and jason.

they serve some of the best herb bread paired with olive oil that i have tasted, and when the weather is good you can sit on the porch outside and enjoy the ambiance.
i went there for lunch with my mum and tried the pasta bravo (vegetarian) and tiramisu. both dishes were nice, service was good and overall a pleasant experience.

you would never know that bravo's is a chain restaurant. i have never eaten italian food as good as the food at bravo's. everything is fresh and made with highly quality ingredients. my favorite is the cheese filled ravioli with pine nuts. it is out of this world. the wait staff is very professional and go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. if you haven't eaten at bravo's, i highly suggest it. you will not be disappointed.

average at best !!. this evenings experience was a 3 out of 5. we made reservations, therefore we were seated right away. our server was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy. but, as for the food i think it could have been hotter and my chicken romano was average. the chicken did not have enough romano cheese taste and the chicken was sorta like a frozen chicken patty with a slice of mozarella cheese on it that was not melted that good. the bed of pasta was fine with a red sauce. i pictured the entire meal differently and i guess i should have sent it back. i thought it would be a much fresher piece of chicken in a light sauce with angel hair with a cream sauce. my bad i guess! i should have talked with the manager but did not want to make a scene for my husband, children and daughter in law. our bill was close to 150.00. don't think i would rush back any time soon. we had dinner at olive garden last week. better prices and it includes all you can eat salad or soup with your meal.

this chain does some good stuff. we ordered lunch here today - our first time trying this restaurant, after driving by it a 100 times. just never was excited about eating at a place that seemed so much like an olive garden/macoroni grill clone - but, i must admit to being very pleasantly surprised, at least with most of our selections.

and our selections were:

the spaghetti and meatballs ($13.59) - not a big fan of this dish. they use a smaller noodle (spaghettini), and the sauce is too sweet, and there is too little of it, even if it wasn't too sweet. the meatballs were ok, just ok. this dish i would not order again.

the pepperoni classica pizza ($12.29) with extra cheese was very, very good. the pepperoni tasted fresh and the flavor was sharp, and the crust was delicious and cooked perfectly, no charring at all. i would return here for the pizza alone.

mezza lasagna & insalata ($12.99) was exceptional, as scott b said more than a few years ago - should have listened then! i wish that i had ordered the full order rather than this 1/2 order combo with a salad. they use a combo of sauces, alfredo & their house meat sauce, they play well together. we chose the caesar salad and it was very good - the croutons were so-so, ended up tossing them, but the dressing was great - so ordering the combo was brilliant, after all. :)

bravo!'s famous cheesecake ($6.99) - simply outstanding.

layered chocolate cake ($6.99) - looks 10, tastes 2.

their online ordering system is well designed and user friendly. we placed our order an hour in advance of the pickup time we requested, and it was all there, on time - restaurant customer service is alive and well - one just needs to find it! and reward it!!
