singapore noodles with shredded garlic chicken with green mung beans .. thats what iorderedthere. they even came up with handful amount of sticky rice which is complementary with the chicken dish we ordered. they even gave hot oil sauce with the servings which i loved. great quality of food and great atmosphere for dining in-s. the only con is the price is little bit on the higher side. but still.. will go there again and again..

fresh and delicious, but pricey. my husband and i arrived 20 minutes too late to order from the lunch menu. iorderedsteamed tofu and vegetables with brown rice. i appreciated the option to order brown rice. my husbandorderedthe beef lo mein. he said it was the best lo mein he ever had. my tofu and veggies were very fresh and perfectly steamed, and there was more than enough for both of us to take home leftovers, but i wish we had been able to order off the lunch menu...much more affordable options for lunch.

second chances are good. my wife and i decided to try blue ginger again. we had to have the crispy red snapper again. this time we tried more sushi and talked with our server about the issues the last time. she was very helpful and we enjoyed everything this time. we ate more sashimi this time and some different appetizers. we will be back again.

nice decor but . .. we went to blue ginger on a saturday afternoon. the restaurant was not busy at all; probably 4 total tables. we tried 4 different dishes and only 1 of the 4 was great. the "pan fried dumplings" were the same as any other asian restaurant; probably from the same freezer bag. the "vietnamese summer roll" tasted like a lettuce roll that was only lettuce. the "crispy red snapper" was amazing; we all wished that weordered2 of these. the outside was perfectly crispy and the fish inside was tender and the whole dish was flavorful and perfect. the last item that we received which should have been one of the first was the "scorpion king roll". our server had better things to do because the restaurant was so busy with 4 tables and she forgot to order the roll until i reminded her that it was missing. this roll should have been warm due to the soft shell crab but it was cold. the roll should have had some heat due to the spicy tuna but there was none.

if i return maybe i will pick a busier night so that maybe the service will be better. i would also skip the sushi and vietnamese food.

great (but slow). went here last night with a group of friends. parking is fine and the inside is surprisingly large and nicely decorated. there is also a small outdoor patio. unfortunately our server was the bartender so our service was extra slow. at one point the manager came over to check on us, and we told him that our food was taking forever. he asked us if weorderedsushi!! we said yes, and he said "well, everyone hereorderedsushi so it takes awhile." ummm, its a sushi restaurant. they should be prepared for that. not to mention the restaurant was no more than 20% full. other than that, it was great. on mondays and tuesdays from 5-9pm they have great specials. all rolls and hand rolls are half off and domestic beers are $2, imports are $3, and select wines are $3. we tried lots of different things, but the spicy crunchy tuna rolls were my favorite. i will definitely be back someday to try more of their food.

really terrible service. i love the food. i love the atmosphere. this was quickly becoming one of my favorite places, but the service on my last visit was so awful that i've decided that i can't go back. the waitress was rude, and got my order wrong. when i brought it to her attention, she told me i hadorderedmy sushi wrong, and refused to fix my order. she brought out 4 rolls more than i had ordered. i was willing to let it go, but she asked me if i didn't like my sushi. i was so furious. when i asked to speak with the manager, he blew my off, then agreed to refund me $6 dollars of the $20 of extra rolls that waitress wrongly gave me. i refused to give my business to a place that treats customers this way.

this little gem is awesome! this is my first time here and will definitely be back! iorderedthe 888 martini, the house salad (would recommend!!), shrimp tempura roll, and the buckeye delight. all was delicious!!! great service, no wait on a saturday night :)
