addicting. honestly, looking from the outside, gives you no clue as to what you will find once you get in!!! the place is beautiful and warm. we got a shrimp appetizer that i will be going back for soon. i had crispy red snapper for dinner. this was plain and simple the best dinner i've had in a very long time!! my fiance' had some sushi called sawmill road...and some soup called udon noodle soup. huge portion of the udon soup, very happy with the prices : ) the service was great!!! our waitress explained the entire menue to us...which made ordering simple...and there was no automatic tip?? i was ready for this due to the last post....i asked the server about this practice....she stated that restraunt.com coupons are the only bills that have 18% added on, not 20%...due to customers only tipping after the $25 taken off. i felt the need to post this since the previous post almost kept me from stopping in!!!....i have found a new favorite place!!!!

very rude service. loved the food but the waitress forgot our drinks twice and didn't say she was sorry at all. we tipped her and she came back to our table and told us we needed to tip her 20% and waited with the bill and money in hand for us to do so..........we will never go back.

this was our second visit to blue ginger and we plan to return. a nice quiet atmosphere with great lighting. we enjoyed the crispy chicken and shrimp with honey walnuts.

food is great but the 12 year old who sits at the front desk for takeout orders is extremely rude and has no manners! he doesn't know the menu. he should not be the face of your restaurant!

singapore noodles with shredded garlic chicken with green mung beans .. thats what i ordered there. they even came up with handful amount of sticky rice which is complementary with the chicken dish we ordered. they even gave hot oil sauce with the servings which i loved. great quality of food and great atmosphere for dining in-s. the only con is the price is little bit on the higher side. but still.. will go there again and again..

great food but very dark will definitely return the pan fried duck dumplings are amazing the hot and sour soup is very good as well sushi not bad not the best i have had but not the worse

we had the blandest asian food that we've ever had. even the miso tasted like cardboard. sushi is supposed to be appealing, colorful and full of flavor. blue ginger failed on all three. maybe they should remove sushi from the menu and stick to noodles.

i go to blue ginger all the time, especially when the weather is nice and sit outside. i have never been dissapointed by the currious staff if the quality of the food. reading some of the reviews about baffles me? come tho think of it, i will go there tonight for dinner:).

great taste, small rolls, rude hostess and servers are whipped cracked slave crazy. trying to please but slow. took waaaay to long to get our apps and rolls. all in all food was great tasting. if you have the time go here!

delicious. try the monster roll and fried rice. a little pricey, but totally worth it to me!

their general tso's chicken is just big dry balls of chicken and dry. but the asian salad is huge and delightful

love the happy hours and sushi specials. but the food is another matter altogether s. their versions is big balls of dry chicken with aside. dreadful.

waiter brawl. avoid this place if u do not want insults from waiters!

worst experience ever!. we went to this place last night , the restaurant was half empty but we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and were given a corner seat , when asked for a different seat the wait threw the menus at our new table and then dropped the soya sauce bottle on the table , he started mumbling in a language we couldn't't understand . me and my friends never had such a bad experience in columbus , we walked out , hope they fire the waiter for his misbehavior , please stay out of this restaurant if u want to avoid rude service......

say yes to blue ginger. this was my 2nd time going to the blue ginger. the first experience was very satisfying however this time was simply amazing! i highly recommend the pacific roll which is in the sushi specialty roll section. although the lobster is cooked. and the crispy red snapper was the star of the meal! i don't usually like coconut in my food even in thai curry. this had just a hint of it in the sauce which was mildly spicy, yet savory. :) my 19 year old son loved it too!

terrible service. it took forever to get the food. server never came back to see if we needed anything, drinks, etc. i was done before my date even got his food. i realize that it was friday, but there weren't that many tables full.

maybe i'm prejudiced.... ... but i just love fresh sashimi and this place has it. i would go there most any day of the week when in columbus.
