i really enjoyed the changes made from the way i remember the previous restaurant "die werf"
such a cool trendy look and feel. 

the food was tasty but portions a little small and pricey. 
cocktails at r60 plus is expensive and nothing special either.

service was good so it's definitely an experience worth having. 
we'll be back..

the funky new location is quite an eye pleaser with the sprawling deck easily accommodating larger groups.

the extensive menu was a delight featuring a wide selection of smoothies, cocktails and craft beer.

i have been a reastaurant owner for over 30yrs but the service i got from blos cafe was 1 of the best ever the food the enviroment the waiters on point..even as an owner i wuld like to say to the manager who was in charge the black american manager kip up the good job.you really know how to do what you are doing in shot you where born for this job.i knw a good manager when i see 1 infect you are the best.i will definatly come back for more and all friends will be told abou blos cafe.....

what a lovely setting...sit on the deck on a nice day amongst the trees and enjoy the birds. nicely decorated interior and the staff are so friendly and offer good service. their dishes are well prepared and beautifully presented. will definitely visit again!

just love this place great food with fresh and good quality ingredients, think they should try something daring or a bit more challenging with their food maybe a soufflé. but i loved the brownie it was top class

i really like this place - the location is probably my favourite part, there's something special about sitting up in the trees. we normally go on a sunday afternoon, when they close a bit earlier. service has been good both times we've been there, they have a great craft beer selection, and the food is good too - i've tried a couple different things on the menu, the food was always good, but occasionally i didn't particularly like what i ordered, just because it wasn't to my taste. last time i had the 3 nut curry and that was wonderful - great veggie option! have had the oxtail before and that was great! will always come back.

although the service was rather good, that can be attributed to it being a weekday morning. the atmosphere is rather pleasing and relaxing when sitting on the closed deck as you are almost amongst the trees. the breakfast i had was not the greatest dis i have ever had and it seemed as though the flavour profiles of certain things on the plate just did not gel with the rest. i will however return to this cafe and possibly even ammend my review once i have formed a broader opinion of the variety of their menu.

amazing place. the ambiance, the view, the food, the service, everything is just so great. most definitely one of my top restaurants. our waiter reason, was such a pleasure to be served by him. the staff is also so welcoming, i was honestly impressed. most definitely a do again!

what an awesome experience. good food, good people, excellent craft beer!! if you want an out of city experience, "within" the city, blos is the place to go!

we went to blos cafe looking to have lunch at a place that would give an out-of-the-city kind of feel and we got exactly that. beautiful scenery. the food was lovely, although their steak was slightly over-grilled. great experience overall 👌🏽

great venue set in the midst of trees which is rarity these days,what with all the 'mall restaurants' with a view of either the parking lot or gloating shoppers. food is decent,if not spectacular...ranging from breakfasts to burgers,steak,pasta and also offerings for the more vegetarian minded. a nice relaxing place to eat out...oh yes and some cool drinks. worth a visit.

was here again yesterday...love sitting in the tree line. had a blos platter to share as a snack. yummy. and the cocktails were nice as well. friendly staff...will gladly be back😀

previously "die werf" restaurant. blos cafe has undergone a revamp a while ago and has kept all the good aspects and eccentuated them. being next to the moreletta spruit it has a great setting next to nature and both the inside and outside tables take full advantage of this by their set-up. blos has all your usual suspects regarding food and drink and their unique location makes them able to cart for weddings aswell. and if you doubt the freshness of their produce fear not cause they grow their own.

pleasantly surprise at this venue. hidden away with nice views of the nature reserve. prices are decent and the service is good. perfect spot for sundowners or something nice to snack on. will i be back? the jury is still out.

delicious food and a lot to pick from. some really interesting options available like roosterbrood bobotie burger.

really good atmosphere and very good service.

i was a bit sceptical when i saw a babotie sandwich on the menu but boy was i surprised when i ordered a steak and a braai broodjie and it arrived at the table just as i imagined it to be. they have a great selection of beers and other drinks and we haven't been disappointed once. service is good and quick and the food is good. so give them a visit and be sure to order your braai broodjie
