what a great experience! even though the place was packed (always a good sign), the staff were just as attentive. we ordered the omakase course so basically the chef decides, and what a great selection it was. sasami, buta bara, italian, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, and more, all done in the traditional way using charcoal. finishing with a sesame panna cotta to complete the great experience. will definitely come back again!
