the french toast is better this time around than when i had it at the other location – mainly because we asked for thesyrupon the side. it was swimming in thesyrupmaking it overly sweet before, but this time around we were able to adjust the amount of syrup. the french toast was quite heavy, with generous amounts of walnuts that tasted like it was baked into the bread and dense with a moist centre. it had subtle cinnamon flavours and was very buttery.
