big pie in the sky pizzeria

undecided. my friends and i tried this place because we heard of the famous "carnivore challenge". we didn't order the "carnivore challenge", but did order the large carnivore pizza (same diameter, however not as heavy with toppings). it took four of us to almost finish the pizza (roughly 2 slices a person), however each of us were full after just one. the pizza was good after 1 slice, but by the second the salty taste was over powering and we had to remove most of the toppings. i suggest order something other than the carnivore, which is sodium-loaded because of its five meat toppings.

great pizza. we love the pizza...we went there because of man vs food, and we are glad we did.....love it...love it

we went there because man vs food.....the pizza was so good!!!! we all loved it..we wish we lived closer, but we live 7hrs away :( if you are with in a hr or so you got to go there....we good

tops in kennesaw. frankly, saying you have the best pizza in kennesaw isn't saying much, since most of the offerings are rather blah. however, big pie offers a pretty good pizza.
with it's minimalist decor, big pie won't win any awards for best atmosphere, but the pizza makes up for it. thin-crusted with a light layer of tangy sauce, and not overburdened with excess cheese, the pizza is consistently good. there are a wide range of toppings to choose from, and they will happily divide your pizzza toppings up across the pie.
since their great pr hit with man vs. food, business has soared. i am happy to report that the quality still remains, although wait times can be long. service is generally pretty good, although i have experienced a few minor hiccups in the past.
price? well, the pizzas are big, and a large pizza lasts my wife and i two meals, easy, so there is some value. the lunch special of one slice (they are huge) with two toppings and a drink for $5.00 is a great deal and a perfect-sized lunch.
overall, i would make big pie my rec for the best pizza in kennesaw.

super pizza. good taste and huge! if you like sbarro style pizza this is similar but better. made fresh and great portions.

~cd~. saw on man vs food. the carnivore pizza challenge. 2 people have to eat a 30 inch 11 pound pizza with 5 types of meat on it. you have 1 hour and you win $250. over 500 have tried and no one has ever finished. they have gigantic slices of new york style thin pizza. medium is the smallest size pizza you can get and its $12.50 large is $15 and xl is $25.

great pizza. the restaurant feels a little depressing, but we get carry-out every once in a while and it is really great pizza! the individual slices are huge!

slices as big as your head! that’s their tagline at big pie in sky pizzeria. and they aren’t joking around. matter of fact i think the slices are bigger than the average person’s head. the diameter of their xl pie is a whopping 30 inches.

but big pie in the sky one is the #75 restaurant as voted in the area by urbanspoon and #6 pizza place so it can’t be that bad. i noticed it on the food challenge in man vs food tv show. while i like to pig out, this would be even too much for me to down

huge portions!. huge portions and very filling as well as a cool little place to bring a date whos never been. pizza is very good but nothing to get crazy over! would def go again and i still do!

the big pie in the sky pizzeria does not have an impressive store front. it sits next to a coffee shop in a small corner of the publix shopping center at 2090 baker road in kennesaw. enter the shop, and you see about a dozen old school pizza parlor tables

the pizza is not chicago nor new york style but it's decent.if your in a hurry go some place eles

not bad. the pizza is decent, not the best ever but not bad. the service was ehh. i got asked out there by a guy, so if thats good service then i suposse their great. all in all, the food is ok and bring your friends to help you eat, not cheap but not exspensive, definitly try the challenege, its fun to watch so sign up your macho guy friends and watch them try...too funny!

everyone should have a pizza from big pie!
