this iconic shop is split in 2. one counter on the main road leading to the golden temple and one bigger outlet in the bylane. the counter has just 1 table and serves more as a take away spot whereas the outlet in the bylane is much bigger with more seating space. both the outlets serve hot, crispy, generously filled kulchas with a spicy chole in gravy and are topped with a bit of yellow butter.
i strongly recommend having thelassialong with the kulchas. it is thick and sweet and topped with grainy malai.
an authentic breakfast experience.

amritsar is a place for foodies,if u are in amritsar u can't miss kulchas for breakfast...last month during my visit to amritsar we went here for breakfast,as heard a lot about this place from instagram so thought of trying this ....❤️

we ordered mostly common panner kulcha along with aloo and gobi kulcha withlassi👍

it's difficult to say which one was better ,but my favourite was panner kulcha .... crispy, buttery and soft served with chole and onion imly chutney....

the only negative point was it's up till 3 pm only ,i wish i can enjoy this kulchas in dinner too😢

overall experience was just amazing, owner is very cooperative and location is very good so will suggest everyone to try once whenever u will visit amritsar ❤️

they provide five types of kulchas (allo,gobhi,panner,pithi,mix) and a very tastylassiin a steel glass ,i loved kulchas ,and average chole taste .

place is near to golden temple. very crowded. we had four mix kulcha and lassi. kulcha was good but nothing special.. ( i tried kulcha at two other places and taste was similar)lassiwas not up to the mark. it was watery. overall average place. u can try if u are nearby but don't go specially.

dhana in kulcha should be baked not raw type, also sweetlassishould be more thick instead on water type.

please work on your kulcha quality andlassithickness.

i had the amazing delicious aloo kulcha from here. it's crispy and flavourful served with chole and pickled onions. you can also have curd orlassito have an amazing meal. also, it's so reasonable !! ambience anf is good and staff is courteous. it's too heavy so better avoid travelling after this.

happened to find this small place while we were strolling around the streets of town hall. ambience is very basic but the food is amazing. had the aalo kulcha which was really crispy and flavourful with a generous dollop of butter. served with a side of chhole and some pickled onions and a large glass oflassito wash it all down this was a great breakfast at a very reasonable price. do try it if you are ever in this area. highly recommended.

an exemplary experience! we had three paranthas, 3 glasses oflassiin less than 300 bucks.

aaloo parantha and paneer parantha was super yumm however dal parantha was not so good.

theirlassiis absolutely brilliant, we couldn’t keep our hands away from it.

this dhaba is located at 5-10 mins walk from golden temple. its a small simple dhaba with comfortable seating space for 6 people. since the dhaba is small, the service is prompt. we had ordered gobi kulcha and 4 mix kulcha.these kulchas are served with amazing amritsari chole and onion salad. the kulchas are crispy with a spoonful butter on top and they serve the best chole gravy. the meal is incomplete without a glass full oflassiwhich helps in digesting the kulcha meal. overall, this is a "must-go" dhaba if you are visiting amritsar and given the proximity to golden temple, its easily accessible.

it was one of the best kulcha i’ve ever had in my entire life expect the chole were good but not upto that mark. andlassiwas icing on cake. highly recommended 😊

a lot of people would suggest kulcha land as the best place to have kulchas in amritsar but i would peg this place to be better than kulcha land.

i loved the flavour, the kulchas or the chole were not not spicy but rich in flavour. do also ask them to serve you alongside 'kache aloo' (raw potato) - these aloo are spiced up with there special chutney preparation and are a must have if you are there.

and don't forget to pair it up withlassi:)

thin cruncy kulcha is my love.. and place is also my fav i always go there when i was small till i m going there.. mix veg kulcha is my favorite withlassimust go there when visit golden temple

this place is right on the wayt to golden temple. they have opened a outlet on the street now the old one being in the gali. the kulchas are very good fresh well cooked. chollas were also at par with the kulchas. they serve onions with some chutney which gives a very desi taste one craves for in amrtisar.lassiis a big glass to be had along with if u so desire.

small shop big taste this must be the tagline of this dhaba. very close to golden temple very small shop but taste wise they have the best amritsari kulcha. we have ordered aloo kulcha mix veg and gobhi kulcha withlassiand everything was superb.lassiwas also tasty. definitely you must visit .

came across this kulcha outlet through zomato and other websites on internet educating foodies about the best places to eat in amritsar. to be honest, i had high expectations and "bhai kulwant singh kulchian wale" has surpassed them.

zomato has listed them in 2 categories

➡️ kulcha specials
➡️ great food. no bull

i would say they make one of the best amritsari kulchas and to believe me you have to try their kulchas. they are best kulchas available in proximity to darbar sahab.

they serve 5 varities of kulchas but we have tried only aloo kulcha and gobhi kulcha and both of them were outstanding in taste. we also orderedlassi& again it was one of the authentic lassi.

amritsar has given me some best food memories and this place is one of them.

very easy on wallet and total value for money.
