employee review.... the company on a nationwide basis just implemented a new tip system. the sushi chefs and the entire kitchen staff no longer recieves tips, or very little. our incomes have been cut in half literally. the company wasniceenough to give us 3 days notice.... (joke) but serious. most of the valuable employees will have no choice but to quit and seek alternative employment. the bus boys will get more tip than any of those affected. wow!
folks don't waste your money here, the company is a giant shark and cares nothing for the employees, many whom have worked here over 20yrs, these were dedicated and caring people. we don't deserve this treatment.
