this one could have been a "meh". it's benihana. same as everybenihanain the nation. overpriced. unfriendly staff. stupid process & annoying rules. but the food is decent enough, the fried rice is delicious. the "show" is fun i guess - but always the same. usually some white or hispanic person pretending to be japanese (we have even had a hispanic chef who spoke to us in engrish like he just got off the plane from japan). management is crappy and doesn't care about customers or their employees. so with all that - i really only recommend it for some sort of special event where you want to do hibache...
