cute indie place. i pretty much enjoyed bella bella. it was pretty empty when we went in the late afternoon. the waiters and the general atmosphere was sorta indie hipster. the specials change for each meal, which they hand write on a giant chalkboard wall. prices were decent and so was the service. the inside looked a like rustic, kinda old and run down, like you would imagine the streets of italy to look like. i guess that's what they were going for.

my boyfriend and i shared the chicken pesto melt sandwich and the sicilian lasagna. in my opinion, the lasagna was slightly above average, using fresh ingredients. i really enjoyed the chicken sandwich. all of the ingredients were very fresh and the bread was very tasty. the piece of chicken was a good size, juicy and flavorful. i'm glad we finally tried thisplaceand we'd go back again.

...continues to be one of my favorite places in tallahassee to head to on a date night. theplacehas been around for a long time and its maturity shows. it’s an imitate italian food experience.

hit or miss. first time i went my expectations were high and i was disappointed. i have been a few more times though and i think i've figured out what i like and what to order. they say that the marinara sauce is homemade, but i'm not sure. pretty bland. the more complicated the dish, usually the better. however if a restaurant can't do it's signature dish well... hmm. service is always spectacular and in general my experiences have been good. of course much better than any chain italianplacein tally. if you're looking for italian, give bella bella a whirl.

thisplaceis absolutely lovely. the decor is simple and clean with a "pub" feeling. but the food is anything but pub food. it's delicious! the cannollini are to die for and the toasted almond cake is a delight. seriously, so gooooooooooood!

great atmosphere/food. thisplaceis cute and quirky, their food is always good and the service is also. i have been here a few times with a group of people and have enjoyed the experience! their bubble bread is awesome and so is everything else! their specials are always good too!

what a mess!!. the one thing this restaurant is good at is hiding its mediocrity. i've been there a few times and had decent experiences, but i later found out from several people who used to work there that thisplaceserves frozen foods (all the ravioli, desserts, etc.) at the prices you should pay for homemade. they are making a killing through tricking people into thinking they're authentic, which sealed the deal in my never going back.

owners show carelessness in the lack of concern for details. if you don't pay attention theplacelooks fine, but if you look closer everywhere you look theplaceseems like it's falling apart. supposedly eclectic interior design just looks like a mess. a little effort could go a long way.

it's also really confusing inside to find out how to be seated when the hostess area is not obvious. what kind ofplacedo you just walk in in the middle of the dining room? weird restaurant.

thisplaceis the best italianplacein tallahassee. the service is always great and the food is absolutely amazing. if you go order the bubble bread, it is delicious. a great date restaurant

burnt garlic. i must say i was terribly disapointed. thisplacecame highly recommended by a friend, but the service was sub-par and my pasta tasted like burned garlic. i had to go home immediately and brush my teeth.

thisplacehas it all: great food, great atmosphere and a great staff. i am so glad we made a wrong turn and ran into this very pleasant surprise. thanks to bella bella for a great detour on our way home to alabama.
