although baraonda's proximity to the fox theatre is ideal, the dishes our group had were bland and disappointing. go for drinks and simply enjoy the atmosphere.

my husband and i ate here with friends and we got the ravioli special. i'm not a shrimp fan but they were quite good. the ravioli and sauce was delicious. service was on time and they came back often to refill our water. our friend had the steak and it looked amazing, perfectly cooked inside and out. wish i had ordered to steak too!

good service. we only had pizza, and that's hard to mess up, but it was pretty good. server was attentive. overall a good experience.

i eat the pizzas regularly. best thin crust in atlanta. stay simple, if you pile a bunch on top it can ruin it. margarita or fra diavlo is the way to go.

the food is good but the service sucks. they have outdoor seating which is a plus on warm summer nights for people watching off peachtree street. we ordered the fra diavola pizza and the seafood linguini. they make all their pizzas by hand in a wood fired oven which is reminiscent of authentic italian pizzerias. the linguini was ok but nothing to write home about. overall i would reccommend this restaurant for their authentic wood fired pizzas and hopefully the poor service was an anomaly.

reservation for party of 6 gave advance notice of dietary restriction not prepared. ok so i ordered pizza. gets worst, they forgot to make my meal so no food for me while the others ate. offered to make me a pizza to go nice. management never even came out to apologize.

lunch pizza special was 3 meat. absolutely loaded with toppings. ham and salami both excellent but sausage was off the charts good. not like eating a licorice stick but definitely italian. crust was just right, from fired oven. just tough enough to have "that" texture. price was surprisingly reasonable, especially since two could eat and be well satisfied. if i lived here, would frequently bring my wife. she would love the ambiance. and the food. and the service (thanks, michael). strong recommendation.

first time visitor. nice atmosphere. if in the area or taking a show in the at the fox theater stop in. calamari was good but needed some salt. we had panni sandwiches: crab cake and chicken. the chips weren't anything to brag on. we tasted them and left them

a coworker and i came here for dinner. i had the rustic pizza and he had lasagna. both were very nicely done with fresh ingredients and hot out of the oven. i'd definitely come here the next time i'm in town.

the place was nice and serene. the bruschetta was delicious and so were the paglia e fieno and the specials- alfredo pasta! the food was a little bland though, and the service wasn't very appreciable.

i went here for valentine's day and it was delicious! we got the cheese board to start and then the ravioli and rigatoni. great service and great food.

onions, onions, and more onions!  when i was invited to a dinner hosted by  vidalia onion at baronda, i was wondering, “what are we going to be eating?!”  well, everything onions, of course!. i mean, there are countless things you can do with onions.  when i saw the 5-course dinner with pairings, i knew that dinner was going to be just fine.

pasta favorites like linguini, spaghetti, and lasagna can be found on the menu, but our group couldn’t resist the gigli, a house made pasta at baraonda served with wild boar sausage. for more hearty appetites, there’s veal, steak, and a lamb rack.
