authentic. i have always loved thai food and often choose thai over other cuisines. i'm also a white guy who was in a longtime relationship with a thai partner. so, i know authentic thai food from the 'over produce' and often overpriced thai food that many restaurants have on their menu. bangkok is a close as i have found incolumbusto true regional thai cooking. three of us went on a saturday afternoon and i can say that having sampled three items they were all excellent. i am ashamed to admit that i also had a spring roll. i say this only because it's so un-original to order the spring roll in any asian restaurant. but, i was blown away at how good it was. as best i can tell the wrap was seasoned on the inside with a touch of cinnamon that made the whole flavor unexpected and unique especially with the dipping sauce. well done bangkok! as arnold would..."i'll be back".

i got stuck driving a friend up tocolumbusto pick up a car, so we tried to make the best of it by finding a good spot to eat. this came highly recommend by the sales person and was also highly reviewed. it was good but didn't blow us away, it was good but " drive out of our way great"

the real deal. not the best thai food i've had but close to it and probably the best incolumbusand unusually exceptional service. the usual waiter is bobby and could teach classes on how to treat customers. the prices are a bit high but not unreasonable and well worth it but be warned about the heat of some of the dishes and finding large chunks of spices, especially in the soups.

best place for pho in columbus!. seriously the best place for pho in columbus. my boyfriend and i go here often and always get the noodle "soup" which is actually pho bo.

it's so fresh! the broth is always so flavorful and there is tons of meat and tendons and yummy bits in it. they never skimp on it like other restaurants incolumbusthat serve pho do. it's the amount you'd give yourself if you were making it at home!

we usually get the baby spring rolls as an appetizer. they are always fresh and hot.

the service is always prompt and friendly, but not annoyingly so.

i'd say, if you are looking for a place that has a trendy atmosphere, don't go here. this place has apparently been in the same location for forever and is family owned.

go to haiku or something if you want a [stuffy out of date trendy kind of] place to be seen at (with mediocre food blah!).

go to bangkok if you want to feel comfy and have really great food that will fill you up and not take all of your money.
