we had a bad experience with ifthar buffet. quality of thefoodwas very bad and service was slow and below average.

went to ballaro for a friday brunch with about 10other girls. we had a great time there. it's definitely very nice and sophisticated brunch. they have live music, good selection of food, but it was not very big, great service and good price. it's only 295aed per person for a soft drink package and 395aed for the alcoholic package. they had lovely drinks in a whole pineapple. we really enjoyed the seafood there as it was special seafood brunch, they had fresh lobsters, sashimi, oysters and variety of fresh cooked fish. as well as the indian and bbq section outside. the restaurant is right next to puro beach, so you can go there for an after party( if it's not too hot), where they play great house music and have cabanas by the pool. definitely suggest going there, good value for thefoodand money.

extremely disappointing iftar.
thefoodwas below average and the service was poor. to top of the experience, the a/c wasn’t working.

one word wow, this is totally a hidden gem.... had the seafoodbuffet yesterday night and every single thing was top notch, the sushi, the lobsters, the crabs, the salmon, the prawns, loved it all. very good qualityfoodand brilliant service. my only suggestion to this place is they need to advertise more coz the ambience is almost dead, but perfect if you want a quiet evening with a group of friends. oh and their prices are a little on the higher side, 295 for buffet including alcohol, which is not that bad though if you think of it.

i must say that bolero was a nice outlet to have some italianfoodthefoodhere was very fresh and the staff was very fast and the interior is here eye-catching and i must say you must try this out loud ones

we went for the iftar.
they had very limited main course dishes.
thefoodwas very dry and the meat was undercooked
there was no variety.
it was as though i went there for the juice and shawarma.

we went here for iftar,the service is good andfoodquality. the dessert selection has to be definitely improved and offer more than turkish delights and a small pot of umali 👎🏼

we were here for the iftaar and pretty blown away by the variety. service was excellent and the location was good too!

the only thing i’d probably suggest is that the restaurant up the game on taste a bit- not bad but passablefoodand desserts were below par.

had visited this restaurant during ramadan and you can feel the ramadan vibes by looking at the place and the deco.

the restaurant served arabicfoodand have a pretty good variety for people who came to break their iftars, good variety with starters, soup, shawrma, appetizers, main course and finally desserts, we had the sheesh tawook, date milk, fish and finished it off with a turkish icecream which was served in the terrace with other grill food.

over all an amazing experience which you can experience from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel, if got a chance for an invitation or to visit them don't miss it.

we came here for a seafood night on thursday. and the quality of thefoodwas amazing! the salmon nigiri was fresh and it just melts in your mouth. the live cooking station was brilliant the taste was so so delicious with the right spices and sauce.

and finally i’m not sure but i think he is the manager of the restaurant his name was mark he was so so kind and humble, and the service was just great from mark and the other staff.

my friends and i had been here for a seafood dinner buffet which we got to try thanks to #groupon.

i wouldn't say it was my most favourite seafood dinner buffet.
since i am pregnant, i went for the non-alcoholic package and it was disappointing to note that the assorments for drinks was just poor. they just had the standard fresh fruit juices. restaurants in mall have a better selections of mocktails that this place did. thefoodwas fair. the live station was the highlight as it was the only part i could control to my liking. the desserts was good not too much of a collection but all good.

service was good. entertainment by the pretty violinist was nice (although i admit that sometimes just the instrumental music minus the violin would have been much better)

honestly, it was pleasant experience, justfoodwas a little bit below expectations. there wasn’t much variety and taste offoodis average.
satisfaction was supported by kindness of staff, good service and pleasant choice of drinks than food. dessert section was better than others, including reasonable number of sweets. however, this restaurant could be quite satisfactory dinner place for non spoiled eaters.

i had lunch years in 2013 last time. i remember great italian seafood and antipasti. i brought some friends yesterday night for a business dinner.

the premise here is that i'm italian, passionate about properfoodand i live in dubai since 2011.

this restaurant is now an overpriced, italian sounding restaurant: short menu, not regional, overpriced wine, poor ingredient and obscene presentation.

it feels it's run by indian chefs, nothing italian anymore left in this place: avoid.

i bought a groupon voucher for iftar buffet and yesterday redeemed it. well.....thefoodwas mostly indian and the public too. service a bit slow and not helpful. in general does not worth its money. will not come again.

i have been there for iftar, they had a many varieties of arabicfoodwhich was good, but the quality and taste isn't great. the service was ok. they need to improve the quality of the ingredients. the chef did a good job with the varieties and understanding what people are looking for in a ramadan buffet, but maybe can't control the ingredient and quality.
