bakers cafe is a must visit place inmgmargh gangtok. we tried there sausage plater, christmas special pizza and irish coffee. cafe is usually crowded and difficult to get a place during peak hours. but worth the wait.

nice cafe with a view. cordial behaviour and quick service. it's atmgmarg easy to find. decore is nice as well.

baker's cafe is in the middle ofmgroad with a forever festive vibe! this is the perfect cafe which has great service, yummy food and is reasonably priced. we gorged over the eggless pastries- red velvet ,mud cake slice, cappuccino, mousse, blueberry cheesecake and every single thing was yummy! must visit in gangtok.

we visited in christmas time... the ambience was great... lovely decorations... this gave nice christmassy and celebratory vibes.

one of the prominent cafes ofmgmarg of gangtok, i have been to this place a number of times. but each time i enter their door, i take a deep breath because i have to survive their overpriced mediocre food to enjoy the beautiful view and ambience of the place.

the place is genuinely beautiful. the woodwork, the non-ostentatious furniture, the trinkets, the view from the window, the soft volume at which pop songs keep playing, everything comes together to form a wonderful experience. well spaced out tables with a cake and pastry display counter in the front, you would fall in love with the ambience.

unfortunately, ambience remains the best part of the place. i have had a wide variety of experience with service including a time i waited at the table for 10 minutes during a non busy hour, but no one came to take my order. so i left. other time, the servers were polite and service was fast.

the food and drinks are overpriced. you pay a premium for the view i guess. i would not have complained if the food and drinks were good. they are mediocre. there are much better and cheaper places in gangtok if good food at good price is your priority.

all in all, a beautiful place with mediocre food. try it out for yourself.

sit n relax and have the bestest cakes n muffins of the town. bakers cafe the place to be. situated atmgmarg, perfect place to sit down and chill down for a coffee or more. their other side mountain scenic view is superb. good , well behaved staffs and their hospitality was just amazing. price within good range and the ambience with simplicity was the best part. kudos to the management.

hidden gem of gangtok. amazing food and presentations. nice and calm ambiance with a beautiful view of the city. must try their irish coffee. also, i tried their ham chicken italian panini and cold coffee and they were so yummylicious! their range of muffins is so tempting! do give it a try if you visitmgmarg, gangtok.

one of best cafes onmgroad. the pizzas are great here and they have homemade breads , which are perfect for a light breakfast and also bollywood film "qareeb qareeb single " was shot in this cafe , not that its important but just an omg fact

while onmgmarg we tried some of their pastries, the prices were very affordable, everything was in the range of 60-90 bucks.
they tasted fresh, the cheesecake tasted more like a usual pastry but for the price it was not bad.

the food here is horrible. french toast was basically plain bread and banana. coffee is decent. the view from this cafe is what we can visit this place for. it is located the themgmarg.

it became our fav spot for spending early evenings be it after day of sight seeing or shopping.
ambience is very cozy and comfortable
we ordered cinnamon coffee, irish coffee & hot chocolate. all of them were very nice but their hot chocolate is the best 😍, perfect for the freezing cold weather. its right on themgroad market. do visit.

this is a must visit place in gangtokmgroad.
the cafe has good eating options and pretty reasonable.
we just ordered irish coffee and caramel latte which were pretty decent in taste.
the best thing about the place is the wooden decor amd ambience and few seats come with a mountain view.
service is quick and staff is courteous.

the best place in gangtok... a must must visit... the ambience, decor, staffs, service everything is on point... even the view... on one side there is view of mountains...and on the other side.. the view ofmgmarg..
during the evening... it is quite crowded.. and one might find it difficult to get a place to seat...
of my 3days trip .. i visited this place twice..
•pork platter- it had bacon, ham, chips, sunny side up, sausages.
•ham and cheese burger- the best burger i tasted till date... recommended
coming to pastries..
• chocolate mousse- so, i tasted better mousses before.. it had a smell of coconut oil... some may not like it.
• chocolate praline- it tasted good..
• chocolate cookies- the best chocolate cookie till date... it had chunks of chocolates that melted in mouth.... it tasted best with the hot chocolate..
• almond chocolates(handmade)- i even packed them for my home.
now... the beverages...
• hot chocolate- i can die for this... it tasted soo good... it was so chocolaty... even i am still drooling... highly recommended.
• cappuccino- good..
• mocha java- it tasted really good..
• irish coffee- i personally dont like irish coffee... so it was so so for me..
this place closes a bit early.. by 7:25pm..so visit accordingly.
a must visit...when you are in gangtok..👌👍
