baker's cafe

this place has a very niceambienceand the food is decent. we ordered a pasta and chicken burger and both were nice. the staff was super sweet and the service was really fast.
this place closes by 8pm so pop by early if you want to enjoy your meal in peace 🕊️

it's an okay place. lot of options available,but none of the items really stand out at all. service was decent and can see some improvement. quantity served is very less though.ambienceis fantastic.

we had visited this lovely cafe for a quick evening snack during our sikkim trip. we had madelines and a chicken puff. the madelines were not as crisp as you'd expect but the puff was very tasty. they have a carried menu but unfortunately we didn't have time to explore their main course.
but theambienceis great and this is a must visit on m g marg. next time for sure!

its the cafe with a view. perfect for coffee dates with good food options. the wooden interiors give a cozy cabin likeambiencefor winters. surprisingly the bakery options are okayish only but can be tried.

i feel the place is average, food is ok ok! we ordered waffle which i found was below average so you can go forambiencebut if you are looking for amazing food then you should rethink.

this is lovely cafe on mg road..
we visited in christmas time... theambiencewas great... lovely decorations... this gave nice christmassy and celebratory vibes.

it is truly a paradise for cookie lovers and theambienceis also great.

it's located in the m.g marg area. it's a very happening place with a very fancy menu. me and my brother visited this place last winter. we tried
i ) italian panini, bbq chicken (5/5 according to taste )
2) bbq chicken pizza 🍕( 5/5 according to taste )
theambienceis good. the staff is friendly!

it is a mast visit if you are at gangtok. it's right on the m.g. marg. you can enjoy the view of m.g. marg and mountain from this cafe. this is a beautiful cafe with nice view.
theambienceis cozy and foods are also good, prices are pretty reasonable. you can try different type of coffee and tea here.
the ambience, decor , staff, service everything is amazing here. overall a nice place to have breakfast or evening snacks, cakes and coffee.

one of the prominent cafes of mg marg of gangtok, i have been to this place a number of times. but each time i enter their door, i take a deep breath because i have to survive their overpriced mediocre food to enjoy the beautiful view andambienceof the place.

the place is genuinely beautiful. the woodwork, the non-ostentatious furniture, the trinkets, the view from the window, the soft volume at which pop songs keep playing, everything comes together to form a wonderful experience. well spaced out tables with a cake and pastry display counter in the front, you would fall in love with the ambience.

unfortunately,ambienceremains the best part of the place. i have had a wide variety of experience with service including a time i waited at the table for 10 minutes during a non busy hour, but no one came to take my order. so i left. other time, the servers were polite and service was fast.

the food and drinks are overpriced. you pay a premium for the view i guess. i would not have complained if the food and drinks were good. they are mediocre. there are much better and cheaper places in gangtok if good food at good price is your priority.

all in all, a beautiful place with mediocre food. try it out for yourself.

sit n relax and have the bestest cakes n muffins of the town. bakers cafe the place to be. situated at mg marg, perfect place to sit down and chill down for a coffee or more. their other side mountain scenic view is superb. good , well behaved staffs and their hospitality was just amazing. price within good range and theambiencewith simplicity was the best part. kudos to the management.

this is the most overrated place i have ever been to.ambienceand view is good, but you can't eat good view!
food is pathetic. i tried burger, pasta and fries, they managed to mess up all three of them.

went here for dinner last night. theambienceof the place was really nice which deserves 4 stars but the food was ok. i had the black tea which was a normal tea bag. nothing great. then i had the mozzarella and grilled vegetables panini sandwich. the sandwich was pretty bad. the only vegetables were carrot and beans which don’t go well with the bread and mozzarella. it also had far too much pepper.
the pizzas seemed to be very popular. maybe they’re better.

this is a must visit place in gangtok mg road.
the cafe has good eating options and pretty reasonable.
we just ordered irish coffee and caramel latte which were pretty decent in taste.
the best thing about the place is the wooden decor amdambienceand few seats come with a mountain view.
service is quick and staff is courteous.

you can find it in front of the ccd at mg marg. goodambiencewith varieties of food to offer. you can find wide range of pastries, croissants, burgers and pizzas with bacon and beef add ons also you will get coffee and tea. one should try here the english breakfast also. the cappuccino and latte is pretty much the same that we have in other cafes. having said that it is not the best but one of the good cafes in gangtok.
