it was not expected food taste is notgoodi have ordered the food 5:15pm received the food at 7:15pm and it was coold.. bab al hara not recomended at all

service is poor . waiters bad manner and i wait for 20 mins to take my order. they r wondering here n there ................

the food isgoodbut delivery is very bad. i’m very disappointed since i have ordered something and it did not arrive till after three hours! my family was fasting and no one ate anything.

this is a restaurant that i bumped into while driving around hunting for agoodshawarma. what attracted me to this place was the queue outside the restaurant waiting for their orders to be delivered and the volume of people who were actually approaching the place.

the order was taken promptly by the manager of the restaurant, however, though it was just 2 shawarmas, i had to wait around 40 minutes for it to be prepared for us. the staff work very haphazardly, where customers coming in (apparently regulars at the restaurant as they seemed to knew people there) and jumping the queue and kept getting their orders delivered to them before me. i kept waiting there and reminding the staff that i am just waiting for 2 shawarmas, but was just gestured to wait and that it will take 5 minutes.

finally, the manager/cashier saw me waiting and getting agitated and decided to pitch in to have my order handed over to me.

the place was definitely not somewhere i would go back to, even though the shawarmas are very cheaply priced; at the end of the day they were not worth the effort and time wasted.  in an industry that works on service and word of mouth, this place really needs to up its game.

if you want agoodtoasted shawerma wrapped then you should try this place. top class shawermas. its worth trying. the service is quite decent compared to the overcrowding in the evenings.

really nice food at an affordable price but it is lacking service and organisation.

i had the mix grill but next time going for the shawarma after reading all thegoodreviews.

the taste of food is awesome. the delivery time is little more. the chicken broast is crispy and delicious. the potato chips aregoodin taste.fattush quality and quantity both are best. machine roasted chicken with fried rice isgoodin taste . staff is best .

with no doubt,this is the best arabic restaurant in ajman.goodfor families to dine in with all the variants of dishes across arabic cuisine. we tried their broasted, pasta penne, hummus with shawarma topped. all the dishes were up-to the mark. i have to come back again to try their grills. parking wont be a problem in the area.

this place serves the worst grilled chicken and shawarma i ever had...the chef needs to try these things from othergoodrestaurants to learn how it tastes like

food is verygoodand full of taste but i always experienced the worst and pathetic services. they dont even listen to me and it really hurts alot that paying alot to them for this behaviour.

excellent variety of arabia foods and grills. we ordered the bab al hara 1 kg mix grill and lentil soup. over all great taste andgoodselection of kababs , meat tikka, chicken shish tawuk , chops, arais etc.goodquantity if you are a group of 3-5 ppl. we also ordered some mango juice which was alrite.

service at this place is just about ok. i visited recently for dinner during eid vacations and this place was packed. absolutely packed! there was not single table available. i asked the manager how long we would have to wait and that i would like to write my name in que for a table. he said to me that there is no system or que to getting a table and that i would i have to look for a table myself. in short he suggested i should keep looking at tables which one is going to be empty soon and jump on it the moment people are ready to stand up. really didn’t appreciate his way of talking and “do not care if you eat or leave kind of attitude”. guys we are coming to your restaurant as customers and i for one had travelled all the way from dubai. the least u can do is help ur customers find a table ,and be polite . luckily for us , we managed to find a table in 10-15 mins on our own with help from anyone at the restaurant .the rating of 3 given above is from my experience in the past with them , however purely for this visit , i would score them a 1/5

usual arabic decor , simple design and over all neat and clean on most occasions.

i would highly recommend arabic food lovers to visit this place however strongly feel that public holidays should be best avoided. they are not very high on service but their food is excellent on most occasions.

i always eat arabic shawarma from here and it taste really good, everything isgoodfood taste but main problem with them is attitude the delivery counter guy give stuff as per his choice and his personal pick and racist too only arabic speaking people first let other south asian people wait

was in the area and decided to try this place, and was surprised by the quality of food, verygoodin taste, lenti soup just one of the best i habe tried, the mix grill was spot on.
couple of reservations:
when ordering the server was not quite helpful at all, and never told us that grill plater that we order included salad and some mezes and that we do not need ro order more. service really needs to improve and in addition they should have access to back garden directly from restaurant as they use the main door and have to walk all around the restaurant to get to back garden.
