i have ordered 3 shawarma and a hot chocolate from this place, and it was an hour since the order was not delivered, so i tried to call the restaurant and the person who picked up the call disconnected it twice, then after picking up the call he was being so rude, when i asked him about the time it will need more to get my order delivered. he said he will connect with the delivery executive and i will receive a call from him, i waited for 25-30 mins and didn’t received any call, i had to leave for office and it was already 1 and half hour since i placed the ordered. i called the restaurant again to check on the details and i asked the person to share the delivery executive’s number so that i will call him directly to check upon, but he disconnected the call again and again i called him up and asked for the same, the person replied he won’t share the details of delivery executive and disconnected my call. then i connected with zomato’s agent and lodged this complaint and even they were unable to reach out to them as they were not picking up the call at all. the order was already prepaid.

this is such a poor service from this restaurant. never gonna order from this restaurant ever.

the taste of food is awesome. the delivery time is little more. the chicken broast is crispy and delicious. the potato chips are good in taste.fattush quality and quantity both are best. machine roasted chicken with fried rice is good in taste . staff is best .

we have ordered the arayes & broasted chicken with big crispy potato fries a couple of times from here
arayes was really tasty having the authentic arabian taste

had a late night snack with friends to pass time. i really loved the cocktail juice and the shawarma, even the person who was serving us was also really welcoming. we wanted meat shawarma too but it was out of stock that day. probably will try later on.

with no doubt,this is the best arabic restaurant in ajman. good for families to dine in with all the variants of dishes across arabic cuisine. we tried their broasted, pasta penne, hummus with shawarma topped. all the dishes were up-to the mark. i have to come back again to try their grills. parking wont be a problem in the area.

amazing ambience and amazing food. i have tried plenty of items and have never been disappointed. the price, quantity, quality and service get top marks from me.

this place serves the worst grilled chicken and shawarma i ever had...the chef needs to try these things from other good restaurants to learn how it tastes like

أسوء مطعم بعجمان - بعد ماصاحب المطعم ريش وصار معو مصاري بطل يهتهم بالزبائن بالمرة - الاكل بطل نظيف و بطل صحي و بطل طيب كتير شغلا بايتة عندهم كتير كتير و بحكي عن تجربة طويلة مع المطعم- لو طلبت دلفري احتمال كبير يجيك الاوردر غلط او ناقص او حتى بايت المهم انه يبيع فوق كل هذا غلى الاكل كمان .. انا ماعرف كيف بيفكر صاحب المطعم - زيه زي اي مطعم صاحبه واحد عربي لما يصير معو فلوس بيطمع اكتر و بيكبر راسه بتبطل تفرق معه زبون من مش زبون المهم ياخذ مصاريك - كتبت كومنت ع صفحتهم ع الفيس بوك راح عملي بلوك و شال الكومنت ... مأجريين او شاريين المطعم بعجمان و الاسعار نازلة و هوي عم يغلي.. اسعاره قريبة من اسعار دبي اذا مش نفسها كمان ليش؟ ما حدا فاهم ... لا انصح ابدا انه تاكلوا عندوا لكتير اسباب ذكرت بعض منها - الحمدلله ما فيو يشيل هاد الكومنت لازم عشاق الاكل يعرفوا يختاروا المطعم المحرز و الي بيستاهلهم و يستاهل ضيافتهم ووجودهم عندوا و يكون الهم التقدير الكامل

waiting for paid delivery for 2 hours. and in the end received nothing. i hope this place at least will refund my money back. so much frustrated and disappointed. this restaurant has no respect. the most awful experience ever.

one of the best places to eat arabic cuisine in general.. i tried this place many times before and always i was happy with the food also i would highly recommend their shawarma it is the best in ajman.. prices are fare and thr ambiance is good..

the place is so good, food is clean and authentic, and i love it, i am a regular customer, but my criticism is the chicken shawarma, it has a funny taste and smell, as if the chicken is not clean, but other than that its all 10/10

absolutely love this place for arabic cuisine. the kebabs and arayes are my absolute favorite. the management is very friendly and polite and its always a joy to visit this place.

i have tried many dishes here and never regretted any of it.
