i wouldn't rate it 1 if there is a choice of 0. this might be the worst restaurant (if it can be called a restaurant) in australia. the steamed oysters were dry and tasteless, the steamed fish were put on steam when still frozen, you can imagin the end result. even a simple fried rice was so badly made, the shrimps seemed those asian imports which have no texture nor taste, small beef cubes tasted disgusting. we spent more than $80 only to drink a beer and a cup of tea. when asked they about the way they cooked the streamed fish (10 thin pieces of the size of 3 cm square @ $35 or so), they replied that you should order more expensive one which would cost $80-$90. my suggestion: select anyplaceto eat blindly, but this place.
