we dine in there before a mother ago, i decided to wrote the feedback as it was a memorable experience.
great well experienced staff with good attitude and well mannered. they take care of my all request.
beautiful hotel with nice outdoor seating and pool as well. good vibes everywhere.
wonderful place to spend your time at the pool with view of the beach.

ridiculous reservations staff, got confirmation about booking of table and on the day of iftar , they canceled the booking. its better to go to a place who respect customers than a fancy place without any considerations.

we went for easter brunch the food, vibes, staff were amazing, the kids had a great time especially with the entertainment, it is highly recommended in all occasions

located inside bab al qasr hotel.we visited this place as team gathering and annual event with 50 personnels. they have good seating capacity

normally 5 star hotel’s restaurants not focusing tasty food but service wont compromise that is true fact every knows. but this restuarant is far better one. personally liked their menu, it will like to all kind of nationalities.

arabic starters and salads is good. even soups

we went in a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. food was all morocco themed. food was actually very delicious. they had different types of tajines. a very decent spread. selection of salads and starters was good. we wanted to try harira soup which is apparently the specialty of this area but it wasn't available after again once the buffet started and was only refilled once. little disappointed there. all in all good place, ambience and food.

good starter options- limited main course, amazing salads! friendly staff keeps checking on you if you need anything. friday brunch is recommended. get your table by the pool and overlooking the hotel gardens and the sea! its an afternoon you will cherish for all the right reasons...food, company and the cool breeze on a not so hot afternoon!

artisan kitchen located in bab al qasr hotel, great place for brunch on saturdays, plenty of choices on food and with professional staffs ary, yuli... the guys are very friendly... definitely recommend to friends (brunch with pool access available on groupon as well😜)

a great experience from artisan kitchen restaurant. dinner buffet was excellently presented with great quality. dessert options were amazing, friendliness and politness of staffs key point.. overall it was a great experience and definitely will come back soon.

variety and plenty of food, everything was delicious and up to expectation, chilled atmosphere and welcoming staff. elias was super friendly and took care of all our requests. most importantly, the place follow social distancing and not crowded.

good quality and a varied selection of hot & cold mezze, soup, main course as well as desserts. the service is definitely one of the better ones i have experienced for iftars this year. from the beginning to the end of the iftar, the staff were friendly, open and flexible. thank you to elias and everyone else that made the experience very enjoyable for us, because of you i have the privilege to visit your iftar two times in ramadan which rarely happen with me, special thanks for hind she is really super helpful, charming and always smile, guys you are great there and you have to be proud, thanks again for elias and hind.

i would like to share a pleasant aftertaste after visiting the artisan kitchen restaurant absolutely everything, without exception, is at the highest level! the food, the service, the ambience, the decor, everything was great! pleasant background music, very competent staff, in a word, my favorite!!! we will definitely come back to you again! i wish you success!
