where do i begin! first off, the food is beyond amazing at a really friendly price. to be very honest thisplaceis a true hidden gem and quite frankly mot many people know about it. i have been brunching at bab al qasr a few times now and safe to say every time i go there with my girl friends, it just keeps getting better and better. when ever i brunch else where, i can’t help but miss the food at ak in bab al qasr - i guess this makes me a regular? 😆 it starts with undoubtedly a professional, passionate team of chefs cooking up a a feast with so many lip smackin’ delicious, calories worthy yummies from asian noodles, soups, dynamiteshrimp (that hands down beats pf changs), one mean paella’s, their sushi is amazing and sashimi is super soft, sweet, it is so fresh to the point it just melts in your mouth, oh and you can not miss the famous dumki dal, fresh naan bread and world class butter chicken - all the extra thick and creamy goodness you will have be in love with, also try the kebab sandwich by the chef from pakistan which is always has bee marinate to perfection, it is so good that you can’t stop eating. and incase it isn’t obvious, i am a natural born-foodie, i love my food and being married to a chef and all! anyway, back to the topic - if you have rooms left for desert, it is worth running over and grab your self a piñata colada kebab and fantasize about being in hawaii on a beach somewhere 😂 , and if you are cheeky like me, add a dash of rum to it - thank me later. and oh my dear zomato friends, try the famous churros. honestly, the best i’ve ever had; crispy on the outside, soft inside - it’s so dreamy and it tastes like it too. i want to highlight how i adore their bread and cheese station, it is always a delight to look at. bare with me, i know it’s a long review but it’s only because they truly deserve it. before i finish, i want to highlight and thank all the chefs that always make it happen, i know it isn’t easy to create perfection, but definitely a gazillion percent they nailed it, all the chefs are always so happy to feed you, and brings so much joy to a little foodie like me, i feel so spoiled from time to time but, i’m not complaining, i love it. i may not joy all the names but everyone there make me feel at home i’ll be back sooner than later, ciao! #diva
