we dine in there before a mother ago, i decided to wrote the feedback as it was a memorable experience.
great well experienced staff with good attitude and well mannered. they take care of my all request.
beautiful hotel with nice outdoor seating and pool as well. good vibes everywhere.

ridiculous reservations staff, got confirmation about booking of table and on the day of iftar , they canceled the booking. its better to go to aplacewho respect customers than a fancyplacewithout any considerations.

located inside bab al qasr hotel.we visited thisplaceas team gathering and annual event with 50 personnels. they have good seating capacity

normally 5 star hotel’s restaurants not focusing tasty food but service wont compromise that is true fact every knows. but this restuarant is far better one. personally liked their menu, it will like to all kind of nationalities.

arabic starters and salads is good. even soups

variety and plenty of food, everything was delicious and up to expectation, chilled atmosphere and welcoming staff. elias was super friendly and took care of all our requests. most importantly, theplacefollow social distancing and not crowded.

good quality and a varied selection of hot & cold mezze, soup, main course as well as desserts. the service is definitely one of the better ones i have experienced for iftars this year. from the beginning to the end of the iftar, the staff were friendly, open and flexible. thank you to elias and everyone else that made the experience very enjoyable for us, because of you i have the privilege to visit your iftar two times in ramadan which rarely happen with me, special thanks for hind she is really super helpful, charming and always smile, guys you are great there and you have to be proud, thanks again for elias and hind.

a greatplaceto experience the saturday brunch, very polite and helpful staffs and variety of food is amazing. no words for the presentation. definitely i suggest theplaceand will be back again...

worth a visit! i feel safe and secured dining here. all the protocols were inplaceand they were very diligent in following all the safety protocols. the food selection is promising as ever! there were numerous varieties of food. each kind is placed in a very organize set-up. we will surely be back.

we went here for friday brunch,which has extensive variety of food selections from counter,
we welcomed by lovely hostess in warm manner, specially chef from live counter very helpful to prepare food of our test ,thisplaceis beautiful,pool looks amazing and best beach with activities.
all in all wonderful venue for friday brunch ,we find the relaxing ambiance .

where do i begin! first off, the food is beyond amazing at a really friendly price. to be very honest thisplaceis a true hidden gem and quite frankly mot many people know about it. i have been brunching at bab al qasr a few times now and safe to say every time i go there with my girl friends, it just keeps getting better and better. when ever i brunch else where, i can’t help but miss the food at ak in bab al qasr - i guess this makes me a regular? 😆 it starts with undoubtedly a professional, passionate team of chefs cooking up a a feast with so many lip smackin’ delicious, calories worthy yummies from asian noodles, soups, dynamiteshrimp (that hands down beats pf changs), one mean paella’s, their sushi is amazing and sashimi is super soft, sweet, it is so fresh to the point it just melts in your mouth, oh and you can not miss the famous dumki dal, fresh naan bread and world class butter chicken - all the extra thick and creamy goodness you will have be in love with, also try the kebab sandwich by the chef from pakistan which is always has bee marinate to perfection, it is so good that you can’t stop eating. and incase it isn’t obvious, i am a natural born-foodie, i love my food and being married to a chef and all! anyway, back to the topic - if you have rooms left for desert, it is worth running over and grab your self a piñata colada kebab and fantasize about being in hawaii on a beach somewhere 😂 , and if you are cheeky like me, add a dash of rum to it - thank me later. and oh my dear zomato friends, try the famous churros. honestly, the best i’ve ever had; crispy on the outside, soft inside - it’s so dreamy and it tastes like it too. i want to highlight how i adore their bread and cheese station, it is always a delight to look at. bare with me, i know it’s a long review but it’s only because they truly deserve it. before i finish, i want to highlight and thank all the chefs that always make it happen, i know it isn’t easy to create perfection, but definitely a gazillion percent they nailed it, all the chefs are always so happy to feed you, and brings so much joy to a little foodie like me, i feel so spoiled from time to time but, i’m not complaining, i love it. i may not joy all the names but everyone there make me feel at home i’ll be back sooner than later, ciao! #diva

we called in advance and booked the regular lunch but the restaurant tells me when i arrive that they have only the brunch for friday.... communication gaps are not expected from a 5 star. although my visit started off on a bitter note, we were compelled to try the buffet. we headed out after almost a year and a half for obvious reasons. restaurant is located conveniently via the swimming pool deck. mostly well lit, there are a few tables that are in the dark although the décor and cleanliness of theplaceis spot on. staff are well groomed, mannered, well spoken and prompt albeit the minor often ignorable little things amidst a busy day.
great spread and lots of options for seafood lovers. one beef brisket and 2 chicken dishes so i can pretty much say its more like a seafood brunch primarily so anyone who has a seafood allergy - stay away and look at other options.
few highlights:
a. vegetable noodle soup was "fantastic" we had it without the noodles though...clear, flavorful, crunchy veggies and totally delicious appetizer.
b. seafood spread was supreme i tried shellfish, crab, shrimp all of them were crunchy, clean and equally delicious... cooked to perfection! the seafood paia(like biryani) was superb however was colder than i like it... hot food must be served as 'hot food'. dynamite shrimp is to be prepared and served fresh - it was more like "dry-namite shrimp" - cold, dry and tasted bad.
c. chicken options were not as great in terms of taste hence stayed away
d. beef brisket was the only item in meat hence didn't try it.
e. vegetarian options were not tasty esp the black lentil / dal makhni hence tasted it only.
f. pepperoni pizza was not hot
g. dessert was fairly good pistachio pastry was sublime and chocolate pudding needs to be served with choco sauce else its very dry; the grilled pineapple itself is a dessert with ample flavor - the caramel dressing is not required - was done by the waiter with her back towards me hence couldn't tell her its not required.

overall a friendly joint to enjoy food with family.

weekend lunch at @babalqasrhotel was a very quiet relaxing experience. we hopped in late to the restaurant after a shopping spree, we were super duper hungry. and i have to mention the speed of the service here was amazing. we were attended to by mr. sudeep and he did a fantastic job guiding us on what to choose and with his amazing hospitality and service.

each day of the week, they have a set menu and it being a saturday we had lovely options to choose from. the food was amazing and theplaceoverlooking beautiful pool was enough relaxation for the weekend!

overall an amazing experience, if you are looking for beautiful views, you are definitely in for a treat too! the amazing picturesque lobby and the views from the hotel are gorgeous!

we visited this amazingplace(artisan, at bab al qasr hotel) with my fiancee for iftar. joel and  the hostesses at the door greeted us with bright and warm smile. they are very professional and knew what they are doing (5* service). we were escorted by ranju to the table and she explained to us about the iftar package and what's in the buffet. joel approached our table with high professional skills and took drinks order very attentively. fresh ramadan juices, good coffee, freshly baked cheese kunafa, with the outdoor ambiance made our night . beef tagine, lamb biryani and the lamb ouzi was exact what we wanted and what we  love. quite, clean and organised place. i will come back to thisplacesoon because this expirience should be repeated! thanks for ranju, joel and the rest of the team. the manager who approached our table to make sure that we are happy with the service for making this expirience the best. all the staff overall are amazing.

friday brunch with kids , it was my favouriteplace. today a drop in quality and service , no entertainment no kids activities , variety of food is limited and it is not up to there usual standard . hope they will get back as they were before ."

called early morning to make a booking for dinner and to know the food they offer, was promised that they will call back for the variety of food. didnt get the callback. we called again at approx 5pm and was told by the same person that they are 'over booked', clarified and insisted that we made a booking early morning, to no avail. we contacted the f&b manager and explained the scenario and he told us that we will be accommodated (2 adults and 2 children) so there is no need to worry. 
dinner time, we went there only to be told that there is no table for us and if we can wait till the big crowd leaves :( 
it was the night of arafat day, find it difficult to find aplaceto dine (we were at your hotel at approx 7:25pm), with two grumpy hungry children and no other hotel restaurant to accommodate us we ended up back home (took us almost 9pm calling hotels while at the parking lot of qasr).
very disappointed, considering it is a 5 star hotel.
