we were invited for a iftar buffet at artisan kitchen yesterday by @babalqasrhotel and it surely took us through authentic sensations from gastronomic landmarks around the world, highlighting distinctive savors from the middle east and the mediterranean region. skilled chefs will enthral guests as they showcase and serve at different stations, whipping up seasonal or themed dishes. indoor and terrace seating which overlooks the panoramic views of the beachside make this venue idyllic for exquisite moments with loved ones, or even a refreshing time with friends over moroccan tea and shisha.
locally farmed produce and delicious arabic specialities are highlights. everything is made using locally farmed ingredients − lamb kabsa absolutely stole the night and instantly became our most favourite ; juicy lamb meat was melting in the mouth along with perfectly cooked rice !!! followed by a long list of other delicacies that were super delicious like beef biryani,kofteh kebabs,lamb tikka,chicken tikka, grilled fish, fattoush salad and crispy & cheesy kunafa.
we were assisted by ms ela throughout our stay and she took care of our every need with great attention.her customer’s attending skills are commendable👌
as we finished everything off with a smooth and frothy cappuccino ,we were already planning our next visit.
