what a disappointment this place is. staff is mannerless, even the manager. no hospitality at all. food is ok but price is on a much higher side compare to food quality,quantity& taste. i would never recommend anyone to try this place.

also thequantityis pretty enough.. have a try guys .. well totally satisfied. good service and reliability are so fantastic. fast ,easy to order, great service i enjoyed the food

they serve really good food &quantitythey is really huge for the amount they charged. them
also, they maint ained all the safety norms as suggested by the govt. the food was great in quantity

i had a very bad experience ordering starters from here. thequantityis so poor , i had ordered a fullquantityand got very less. i called the restaurant they transferred me to the kitchen staff and they said i am mistaken because the box is small. my sister had ordered from here before and we got ok quantity. they are randomly sending thequantityand there menu doesn't mention it either. thanks to zomato i got a refund but i had to order last minute from somewhere else to host my guests. adding picture for reference. that was fullquantityof mushroom.

they have the best taste in town. food quality andquantityis excellent!!! will definitely recommend to others 😍

i had a very awful experience this time. i am a regular customer of arq. i got my food delivered at my place. i ordered paneer tikka masala and dal tadka for dinner. dal was good at first place. but paneer tikka masala was really bad. the paneer was sour in taste... even thequantityof sabzi in the box was half of the size of the box. even this didn't bother us. unfortunately we couldn't take the pictures of the sabzi and its quantity(which was very less). i called up the restaurant and complained about the sourness of paneer. the person on the phone said they will replace it and asked us to return the previous box of sabzi. we did. then the delivery boy came back n said we have to pay for the sabzi as the left out sabzi is really less & it has only a piece of paneer left. actually we were 3 people in number to eat and the sabzi was served to 3 people. we all tasted the piece of paneer and left it due to its sourness. we didn't kept it back in the box as we have already tasted it. instead of paying, we returned the replaced box of sabzi.
the entire incident was very pathetic. and the cherry on the top was the restaurant didn't even call us again to address the issue. what was our fault? just because the sabzi left was less (which was already filled half of the size of box) and we refused to pay for the replaced sabzi ...

ambience is nice.
service is definitely upto the mark.
undoubtedly, a bit expensive than the usual but that is compensated by thequantity& taste of food.

sizzlers & tandoori platter are a must-have.

they also offer a discount of 15% on bdays & anniversaries if you're registered in their customer database.

the place is lovely, i had been here on the occasion of my birthday party. nice place for pictures and spacious enough for comfort-ability.

food is good, up-to the mark, goodquantityand nice taste. the staff was very helpful in picking order for the crowd and even suggesting for quantity. 

i loved their veg crispy, may be the best 'veg crispy' i have ever had in jabalpur. in all a very nice and comforting experience.
