fabulous taste of the food , yesterday at evening i was feeling very hungry so then quickly iorderedthat food ..it was very tasty.

i had a very bad experience ordering starters from here. the quantity is so poor , i hadordereda full quantity and got very less. i called the restaurant they transferred me to the kitchen staff and they said i am mistaken because the box is small. my sister hadorderedfrom here before and we got ok quantity. they are randomly sending the quantity and there menu doesn't mention it either. thanks to zomato i got a refund but i had to order last minute from somewhere else to host my guests. adding picture for reference. that was full quantity of mushroom.

great and huge place located at tilhari with comfort sitting arrangement famous for its chinese, mughlai, north indian and sizzlers.

in mocktail drinks iorderedas follows...

1) mint mojito
2) pinacolada

both the mocktails were perfectly made and was very refreshing as well as tasty.

in food i ordered....

1)mutton bhuna
2)arq special chicken biryani
3)chicken peshwari tikka.
4)jeera rice.

in desserts iorderedrajbhog kulfi that was very yummy in taste.

ambiance was awesome service was good staff were polite and very friendly neat and clean place.

i had a very awful experience this time. i am a regular customer of arq. i got my food delivered at my place. iorderedpaneer tikka masala and dal tadka for dinner. dal was good at first place. but paneer tikka masala was really bad. the paneer was sour in taste... even the quantity of sabzi in the box was half of the size of the box. even this didn't bother us. unfortunately we couldn't take the pictures of the sabzi and its quantity(which was very less). i called up the restaurant and complained about the sourness of paneer. the person on the phone said they will replace it and asked us to return the previous box of sabzi. we did. then the delivery boy came back n said we have to pay for the sabzi as the left out sabzi is really less & it has only a piece of paneer left. actually we were 3 people in number to eat and the sabzi was served to 3 people. we all tasted the piece of paneer and left it due to its sourness. we didn't kept it back in the box as we have already tasted it. instead of paying, we returned the replaced box of sabzi.
the entire incident was very pathetic. and the cherry on the top was the restaurant didn't even call us again to address the issue. what was our fault? just because the sabzi left was less (which was already filled half of the size of box) and we refused to pay for the replaced sabzi ...

the food was very good in taste & their packaging was decent as well. i hadorderedtheir peshawari tikka for the second time & pretty sure that their taste is consistent.

the restaurant has a mesmerising ambience & the service is also remarkable as i have visited it many times.

it's one of my favorite place to order meals. prices are affordable too.
iorderedpaneer chatpata & pepper chicken. both were hot & fresh. specially, the quality of paneer was really good & it tasted yum. also, the food was delivered really quick.

loved thé àmbiànçe ànd foód. if u wañt to relax àñd eàt..àrq íß thé beßt optíoñ. ordéred peßhàwarí tikkà añd spring roll. théir gardéñ gàzébóß are beßt.

i would not even give a star , i visited this place after all the hype for my birthday dinner, and it turned out to be the worst decision.

there was no ac cooling it was extremely hot in dine in area and the waiters were super confused and were messing up with orders .

we were given a bisleri bottle just after entering , it is basic courtesy to ask our preference first.
