i had a very awful experience this time. i am a regular customer of arq. i got my food delivered at my place. i ordered paneer tikka masala and dal tadka for dinner. dal was good at first place. but paneer tikka masala was really bad. the paneer was sour in taste... even the quantity of sabzi in the box was half of the size of the box. even this didn't bother us. unfortunately we couldn't take the pictures of the sabzi and its quantity(which was very less). i called up the restaurant and complained about the sourness of paneer. the person on the phone said they will replace it and asked us to return the previous box of sabzi. we did. then the delivery boy came back n said we have to pay for the sabzi as the left out sabzi is really less & it has only a piece of paneer left. actually we were 3 people in number to eat and the sabzi was served to 3 people. we all tasted the piece of paneer and left it due to its sourness. we didn't kept it back in the box as we have already tasted it. instead of paying, we returned the replaced box of sabzi.
the entire incident was very pathetic. and the cherry on the top was the restaurant didn't even call us again to address the issue. what was our fault? just because the sabzi left was less (which was already filled half of the size of box) and we refused to pay for the replaced sabzi ...
