food, service and ambiance: all of a very high quality. our waiter, an affable spanish guy, served us professionally, with a smile and a laugh, and with some nice personal touches - like explaining the region in spain where our wine was grown and made. the food was great from start to finish. we opted for the larger tasting menu. the restaurant was happy to accommodate our requests (no sardines please, but yes we definitely want to try the beef brisket). highlights: the cauliflower cream, barramundi and beef brisket. but really, it was all fresh and flavoursome. thanks anada!
