the name of this restaurant is so true. this place has amazing thai. what a taste sensation and journey. i was one in a group of six friends, and we all ordered to share our meals. the thai greencurrywas beautiful, and the soup was delicate and well balanced. the snapper was a heavenly delight, complete with yummy crispy bits. the staff are casual, but attentive. i look forward to returning. i can not stop thinking about this place!!!

orderedcurrypuffs and chicken pad thai,currypuffs where almost frozen in middle got replaced with a new batch which where much better. the pad thai noodles where hard to chew not edible.

have ta say.. shes not bad.. junglecurrytasted like it..i asked for hot and i think they were nervous to make it so. oh the gullet rumbled for some heat. a slight critiscisimisim my 100kg frame needs a slightly larger portion. but still. i'd go back. sprognic it would be gullet glory for you i'm sure.

our family of four (2 adults and 2 young kids) had our christmas dinner at this restaurant. we ordered greencurrychicken, redcurryduck and fried mixed vegetables and rice. we all had a full tummy after the dinner. the curries were delicious as any good thai restaurant can deliver. the bbq duck in the redcurryduck dish were a lot more than the quantity in any thai restaurant in auckland. the only thing drew us back from giving a 5 star rating was the rice. don’t get me wrong. nothing wrong with the jasmine rice. it’s one portion of rice came with one dish. it would be nice if the rice was unlimited refill.

customer service - unfiendly staff. we were asked to sit at the corner seat even when restaurant was empty.

food- it was a utter shame. food was blend. i ordered mild green and redcurrywhich tasted like sweet dish. no taste of lemmon grass rather it tasted like sweet coconut curry.

food portion. worst was it's portion of food served. it's was too less compared to other thai restaurants.

price. food was simply overpriced compared to other thai restaurants.

not atall a good place to eat. will try other alternative when going next to town.

we went to dinner to this restaurant 2 weeks ago because of the excellent reviews it had received. i ordered massaman beefcurryand hubby ordered his favorite chicken green curry. the service was good, the staff are helpful but the food was a disappointment. the beef was so tough that i left it. the greencurrywas so watery. the flavour was so bland. unfortunately, i could not recommend them on the basis of my experience.

had dinner here on the 12/09/2015.
had the tom kha gai soup and the redcurrywith chicken, my partner had the greencurrywith chicken, we both enjoyd our curries they were good portion sizes and very tasty. would definitely go back again.

very disappointed with the take away meal ordered tonight. the food itself tasted dry, meat was rubbery and thecurrywas not thick and creamy, more watery then anything. the pork with ginger was very nice until i found a hair in it and it was definitely it the container. never going back to dine in or take away.

the food and service at amazing thai was outstanding. we arrived after 9pm on a week night without a booking and received a warm welcome.

the menu had all the thai favourites and my vegetarian greencurrywas one of the creamiest, tastiest i've ever had. the starters and mains were nicely presented with a good range of drinks on offer too.

all in all, a very good choice for dining in rotorua.
