i get the same thing every time i go go alchemy ! it's a smoothie/juice made of avocado, spinach, coconut milk, lemon and lime and ginger. it is like breakfast , lunch and dinner in one go ! i would drink it in the morning and not be hungry for most of the day ! it's really tasty and nutritious. although i think it's overpriced at €7.50 and i wouldn't be able to afford it everyday, but it is worth it for me when i do, because i wouldn't be buying snacks or lunches in college.
something else i got the last time i was there was infusion water which was only €1 !! it was cold and refreshing ! one bottle had lemon , cucumber and mint in it and the other has strawberries, lemon and mint ! the second one was slightly sweeter than the first (which was a more sour taste) which i preferred.
alchemy is a cool location , very relaxing they have loads of magazines you can read and always havegoodmusic playing, it's really one of a kind ! i haven't found anywhere like it in dublin.

i love the idea of alchemy and the selection of food is quitegoodbut the cafe and atmosphere isn't great. located in bt2 on grafton street it makes it handy to eat healthy in the city centre.

i tried the cabbage rolls which were nice and certainly healthy but a little too salty for me. i also tried the miso soup and again too salty. however all the sweet snacks are a winner for me. the chia and ginger biscuits and bounty brownies are an absolute winner - i would happily eat them again and again.

i had seen a lot of social media buzz around alchemy and popped in to check it out upstairs in bt2 recently early on a saturday morning. the interior is quite clinical but if you're a health-nut, swear by paleo and like to pay an awful lot of money for a lot of leaves this place is for you. generally i like to eat quite healthily and don't mind paying forgoodquality, so i quite liked the options on offer. they do daily soups, salads and dishes like nut loaf, without a carb to be found no matter how hard you search. i just picked up a green juice - a little pricey at €4.95 for a small bottle but it was delicious and most definitely nutritious.
