fantastic range of foods on offer here & the window seats are great for people watching on grafton street. the ultimate in health food heaven but way over priced for portion size but as is to be expected given it's location.

coffee was good, brownie one of the best i've eaten. still have to try the juices and lunch boxes look good too. feel like it is overpriced but love people watching from above grafton street.

looking down onto grafton street, alchemy is my favourite vantage point for people watching on sunday's (or any day really). slightly on the pricey side but definitely worth a trip.

i'll preface this by saying that i like the idea behind alchemy and the really inventive approach they take to their food.  with that said, i've eaten here twice (well, i've taken their lunchboxes for takeaway), and on both occasions - the asian-inspired cabbage rolls and the leek & carrot nut loaf - i felt that the food was a bit blander than i was hoping for.  i think with a few tweaks to the recipes it could be an excellent addition to dublin's food scene though, so i'll check in again in a few months.  the people-watching potential, high up above grafton st., is second to none!

i get the same thing every time i go go alchemy ! it's a smoothie/juice made of avocado, spinach, coconut milk, lemon and lime and ginger. it is like breakfast , lunch and dinner in one go ! i would drink it in the morning and not be hungry for most of the day ! it's really tasty and nutritious. although i think it's overpriced at €7.50 and i wouldn't be able to afford it everyday, but it is worth it for me when i do, because i wouldn't be buying snacks or lunches in college.
something else i got the last time i was there was infusion water which was only €1 !! it was cold and refreshing ! one bottle had lemon , cucumber and mint in it and the other has strawberries, lemon and mint ! the second one was slightly sweeter than the first (which was a more sour taste) which i preferred.
alchemy is a cool location , very relaxing they have loads of magazines you can read and always have good music playing, it's really one of a kind ! i haven't found anywhere like it in dublin.

pitstop in alchemy today. gorgeous location for people watching & healthy, delicious food 👌🍴

the pricing it a little high but i feel you get what you pay for; high quality, fresh wholesome food with a beautiful, bright view of dublin's graft on street.

every lunch dish i've ever had here has been faultless & i enjoy how efficiently the place is run.

i love the idea of alchemy and the selection of food is quite good but the cafe and atmosphere isn't great. located in bt2 on grafton street it makes it handy to eat healthy in the city centre.

i tried the cabbage rolls which were nice and certainly healthy but a little too salty for me. i also tried the miso soup and again too salty. however all the sweet snacks are a winner for me. the chia and ginger biscuits and bounty brownies are an absolute winner - i would happily eat them again and again.

alchemy is a great little spot. it's really chilled out and has a great view of life passing by out on grafton street. the food is really fresh with healthy options or delish cakes. coffee great also!

their americano isn't just any ordinary americano. their sugar isn't just any ordinary sugar. their granola bar isn't just any ordinary granola bar. you get where i'm going with this. a funky modern place but not a great atmosphere as we felt the waitress didn't want us there as it was half an hour before closing time and quiet despite us only stopping for a coffee. despite this, the other waiter was super friendly and we presume he was trying to compensate for her ignorance. it's part of the job misses get over it and crack a smile!

a very different dynamic to the previous starbucks, alchemy is a very health oriented eaterie. focusing on paleo/clean/raw foods there is mostly salads for lunch along with healthy sweet treats and daily specials. i ordered the paleo stew which was the special of the day along with a flat white. i have to say i was pleasantly surprised by the depth of flavour of the stew. not filled with the usual vegetables but a lovely selection of wild mushrooms, squash and aubergine with a hint of spice. i'm looking forward to trying some cakes next time, although they are a bit on the pricey side. the staff are great and it's a lovely place to work in town!

i had seen a lot of social media buzz around alchemy and popped in to check it out upstairs in bt2 recently early on a saturday morning. the interior is quite clinical but if you're a health-nut, swear by paleo and like to pay an awful lot of money for a lot of leaves this place is for you. generally i like to eat quite healthily and don't mind paying for good quality, so i quite liked the options on offer. they do daily soups, salads and dishes like nut loaf, without a carb to be found no matter how hard you search. i just picked up a green juice - a little pricey at €4.95 for a small bottle but it was delicious and most definitely nutritious.
