nice place to relax and drink. ambience is good. ordered beef, paneer and chicken varieties tastes good,in special mention beef were cooked well. love the place.

located in centre of the city in the basement of raj park hotel.

the place is quite appealing when it comes to ambience and the decor. the courteous staff and food does justice to the place. we ordered a mocktail, a few drinks and some snacks. the non vegetarian stuff was really good but its vegetarian counterpart doesn't quite live upto the expectations.
the cocktails were really well presented, and looks quite stunning. the ace martini is a must try from the cocktails section.
the prices are a little on the higher side.
it's definitely a go to place if you are looking for a place with a nice vibe to it for some occasions.

great place to hang out with friends. starting with the ambience it's dimly lit, nicely done interiors, comfy seaters. it's just that it was a lil smelly probably the smell of leather. the prawn fired noodles was a minus and also do not order chicken nachos; not as yum as it sounds. you get complimentary peanuts and potato crisps too.awesome drinks, delicious food, courteous staff, prompt service ! what more can one ask for.

good place & ambience .. specially for drinkers .. all the sides were good especially peri peri chicken which was more spicy & fish fingers as usual it was at its best. finally we had pasta and double chocolate ice cream with brownie..

to one of the best bar's i've been. it's definitely worth not just for it's cocktails but also for the food,the service,the ambience and what not. they served the best paneer starters and i should say that i've had the best lotus stem starter. the cheese sticks were very cheesy and crispy. the cocktails were just amaze max and mind blowing.
lychee margarita: a strong yet delightful combination of tequila, triple sec, lychee, orange and lemon juice. this drink will for sure leave a lasting memory on both your tongues and minds. this drink tasted a bit on the strong side but had a slight tint of smoothness as it slides down. the first impression on this drink for sure was mind=blown.the presentation, along with the ambience, was true bliss.
alexander: this drink was pure surprise as it was a combination of brandy, along with milk and fresh cream. the ingredients sure are different and may sound weird but a mere sip of this amazing medley can change your mind. the milk and fresh cream cool down the esophagus, making it an interesting way to sip down a hard drink such as brandy. it is for sure worth the price taking its taste and feel into consideration.

this place is one amazing place for people who like to enjoy not only the food or the ambience but the vibe.afterall it's all about,"vatavaran" we are talking.cool,very classy,chic vibe with great ambience ,soothing music and to top of it all the delicious food.all i have is ,yummy.the peri peri chicken was great,the pasta was to die for but the pizza disappointed me slightly.im a pizza lover so i had high expectations .never mind the chicken and the pasta did the work.i order cocktail drinks too and to my surprise there wasn't any mixing and stuff.we all know about the deeds done behind the bar.it was one great experience visiting this place.

place is well decorated with adequate light.
food is tasty and quantity is sufficient.
music on the other hand gets loud and the choice is lame as the dj plays all usual dance items even when there's no dance floor. moreover the music gets way loud after 9pm.
overall it's decent place to hangout but don't expect to get surprised.

alchemy is definitely one of the highest rated places on zomato.

the place is located at a great area in the basement of hotel raj park.

the place decorated in black and gold has a regal look to it. the service and the food however do not live up to the expectations.

i went in and ordered their italian dumpling soup which took roughly about 45 minutes to be served. it was recommended and yet it was nothing more than tomato soup with chunks of chicken that tasted weird.

moving on we ordered red velvet cocktail and barcadi limon and for a beer cocktail the red velvet was a definite yes.

on further recommendation we tried berry sangria ( they have a lot of variety ) which lacked punch but on notifying was made much better.

the tandoori chicken was the worst deal. we waited for a good while before we got the dish which was hard to cut or chew. the meat wasn't well cooked at all and it made the entire experience really bad.

go for any of the beef dishes here and their combos. great happy hours deal as well.

the only reason i am rating this place as a four is for mr. narain who was very good at his job who immediately called and apologized. i hope to have a much better experience next time.

visited this place on a friday afternoon. loved the ambience and food. kudos to mr muthu, the bartender, for his courteous service. overall a great experience. definitely a place that i would recommend to others♥

a place that had definitely topped my bookmarks list for many months together. but, now the day had finally arrived for me to head here. i was super kicked and excited.

located in hotel raj park, alchemy is pretty easy to identify. we were welcomed in by some very happy and courteous staff. i was then taken aback by the beautiful ambience as i walked down to alchemy. calm, dim/ partly lit with beautiful ceiling lights is how i would like to describe this place. a perfect place to enjoy your time with your buddies.

they have a vast menu for both food and beverages, most of which we tried and enjoyed. the best part about their beautifully curated dishes will be their in-house sauces and flavours - so unique and great experimentation indeed.

some of the food and beverages that we tried were:

ice-bite:
best mocktail till date. a perfect blend of grapefruit, cranberry and lime, served chill with lemon & mint, and loaded with crushed ice. loved the colour and flavour. it surely complimented all the dishes very well. it was also a perfect coolant and a very refreshing drink indeed.

tandoori chilli chicken:
one of their signature dishes. such tender, boneless chicken with a twist. loved that smoky flavour which added a great punch to the dish.

jamaican jerk chicken:
a jamaican way of cooking chicken where in the chicken is marinated and blended with in-house, jamaican spices. it had a very minty touch to it, different from the regular starter varieties available here. on the whole, this had a perfect flavour & taste, and also came in with a yummy dip.

peri-peri chicken:
soft, boneless chicken served with broccoli and corn. surely the spiciest of them all because of the peri-peri flavour. teared me up a little bit. nevertheless, extremely tasty. scrumptious indeed.

cheesy fries:
something really unique about these fries - their aroma and taste. perfectly done, screaming out brilliant flavours, and topped with a generous amount of cheese. really worth a try! will go well with your glass of beer too!

chicken tikka pizza:
felt a little dry but no compromise on taste. it might have been better on a thinner crust. a good amount of smoky chicken chunks and it was also loaded with cheese.

paneer skewers:
such huge chunks of paneer, so soft and delicate, with a barbecue flavoured sauce, and lots of capsicum and onions. it was super delicious.

blueberry cheesecake:
a dish that transported me to the seventh heaven and stole my heart. absolutely loved every bit of it. such perfection and richness in its flavours and texture. the blueberry compote, fresh and flavoursome was noteworthy too. definitely a melt-in-the-mouth dessert and surely the best in the city.

alchemy has a really good food and beverage variety indeed. their ambience is extremely brilliant as well. adding to this, wonderful service by their staff. what more do we need to have a great experience with our buddies?

gold. yes... you heard me, it's gold and alchemy is a golden gate when it comes to excellent cocktails, food, drinks and services. the most polite service i have ever seen in a bar. the food and drinks, are the to notch. the chocolate flavored cocktail is the best i have ever tasted. the mixed see food pasta was mind blowing and the flaming shots are on fire. most of of the ambience is exclusive and its one of the main reason for my visit. do note that weekend offers are quite less and no happy hour on weekends. it's a total bummer. for the price, it will burn a hole in ur wallet. a must visit bar and lounge if you ever visit chennai.

went to this place on a friday night. it has a good ambience to it, everything is good about this place but the crowd is very bad. infact i have never seen such a place in a city that too on a friday night. may be it's because they prefer corporate bookings and they make the ambience really bad. nws when we visited there was lot of commotion made by a group of people.
the food takes a lot of time to come, min 30mins waiting for every item despite very few customers. the waiters are all very courteous and helpful.
the dj was really nice but with no crowd i guess no one wanted shake a leg i guess.
we had a long island iced tea , the finale and a classic margarita.
for food we dint have much bacon wrapped prawns, chicken tenders and pasta spaghetti aglio chicken which was really nice.
place is great, ambience is good. only thing i feel they can serve the food a bit faster.
